From beginning to end, my experience was excellent. The ease of renting a unit, the cleanliness of the facility/grounds and the stellar customer service. Krista was polite, professional and courteous.

I really like this location!! Management is awesome and very accommodating. I chose this location because they offer 24hr access to the units which you pretty much can't find anymore. The only negative thing I can think of is their actual location. It's a little far away from everything but I'm not going to give them less stars for that. If it was any closer to downtown Springs they wouldn't offer 24hr access. Thank you for keeping my stuff safe!

John at my local CubeSmart was very knowledgeable and friendly, and made setting up my cube rental a breeze! I considered three other nearby storage companies, and I am so happy I choose your company to work with.

CubeSmart staff is very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to help us find the right size unit for our move out while our house was being completed. We liked that all unit had alarms on them and notified start if the unit was opened when it was.

Setting up the unit is easy and stress-free, and Leslie and John are great office managers! Very friendly and helpful!

The ease of reserving the unit online without a credit card, and the quick follow up from the manager (Ken) via phone the next day. Being able to choose how to fill out the paperwork with the social distancing measures was reassuring, and Ken was excellent at explaining everything and made the process easy.

Judy was the representative who answered my call in a very friendly and professional manner. She also went out of her way to make sure I had the storage units I needed in such short notice. You see, when CubeSmart bought out the previous owners my reservation was dropped from the system. Judy told me no problem we will find something better and honor your reservation deposit. Judy did all that and gave me a great monthly rate.
During the unloading of the moving van Judy stopped by to see if we needed any additional assistance and dropped off a few bottles of water. I definitely would use CubeSmart Storage and work with Judy again.

Location, Availability of units, Quality of facility and friendly staff.

Leslie is amazing. I had trouble checking into a unit we were adding to our account online. We were out of town and couldn't come in person to the location. Leslie called us and fixed everything over the phone. Leslie always responds to our calls and makes sure our concerns and questions are taken care of. Thanks.

Excellent customer service. Judy was very professional and was able to accomodate my storage needs in a timely matter and also reserved another unit for future needs. The complex is neat clean and organized well. This will be my go to location for any storage needs and I'll pass my great experience on to others

This is a very clean and safe facility. I feel like everytime I'm on the property, Leslie is out and about cleaning and checking on things. Also, they go above and beyond in helping out with the deliveries that we receive. Thank you!

Most accommodating self storage in Colorado Springs! My family and I just moved to the Springs and Judy, the manager, met us at the storage unit after hours to lease us the unit. Better customer service couldn't be found elsewhere, not to mention they gave us a friendly reminder call on our bill due date. Thank you cube smart 😁

The customer service woman was nice and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. I wish you had a couple of chairs in the office are.
