An 80 minute Massage from Marsha was exactly what I needed. She fixed a lingering low back/hip issue that had gotten worse from travel and hours of sitting at work. I also had a great pedicure from Heidi, who took the time to work out all sorts of tension in my feet and lower legs. I'll definitely return when I'm back in town next month.

Fiona, provided me with the best service for my facial and scalp treatment. She is incredibly friendly knowledgeable and helpful with addressing your skin concerns during your skin service. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I had a bad spa experience but assistant manager Lisa was super professional and took care of the situation. She cared about customer satisfaction and for that reason would definitely give them another try.

Nice facility with exceptional staff. Services are pricy, but use of the steam shower, sauna, jacuzzi, and outdoor pool are included. Clean locker room and peaceful waiting area.

Had a facial with Lisa and loved it! The spa itself has good amenities (lockers, showers, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam Room) as well as access to the pools onsite and the gym. The facilities are slightly dated but still nice. My facial was great and relaxing and Lisa was a lot of fun and knowledgeable. We enjoyed most of the amenities however lightning and rain prevented us from being able to use the pool. Without services they offer a day pass which was hard to find in Sedona.

As ridiculous as their prices are, their gym and pool facilities are incredible!

First. Sarah the massage therapist should have 10 stars. She was phenomenal. The atmosphere on the other hand seemed like a men’s locker room and not really a spa.

I went in for a gel French manicure for my wedding the following day to ensure no chipping for my big day. Was talked OUT of gel to get dazzle or razzle (the only brand of polish they carry other than gel) and I was guaranteed that it is almost like gel and that it does not chip- it would just fade. Well, it chipped the morning of my wedding on several nails- and not just the pinkish part, the white lines were chipped off of the edges. Needless to say, I was furious. Since then, each day my manicure (which cost as much as a gel manicure in any regular nail salon) has chipped more and more, now on my honeymoon. Ladies, if you want your manicure to last, DO NOT let them talk you into getting anything else except gel!!
