I have been seeing Phil and Catherine at the Briargate office for several years. They are treating my shoulder pain as well as a new hamstring injury. I am very happy with their professionalism and their expertise. I recommend them for all your physical therapy needs.

Philip and Kathryn definitely deserve a 5 star review. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful with description and location of muscles, tendons effected by your surgery, injury. Handouts and description of your at home exercise regime are right on!

I fractured the radial head of my right elbow in early July and found that this Action Potential was the closest to my work commute so I chose this one to schedule with.

I went to them from around July 17th - August 23rd, doing all of my sessions with Pat.

I had an excellent and professional time every single time. Scheduling with Brie/Bre(?) was always easy and smooth and Pat brought friendly conversation and a comforting aura to the exercises every time I went.

If you are hurt and need a place to get PT from, I could not recommend this Action Potential more nor recommend Pat more. We had many great conversations while he moved and "fixed" my arm.

Honestly, even though I am glad to be fully healed now, I will definitely miss my 7:00 AM, Monday morning conversations with Pat.

10/10 would recommend.

Melodie and her staff are the best! I cannot say enough about what a great experience I had.
After a pretty rough surgery I came in with significantly limited range of motion and muscle atrophy. Melodie was so professional, informative, helpful, and caring and she gave me the help and tips and tools I needed. Now I’m back to work, and back to recreation and well on my way back to 100%!
I highly recommend Action Potential if you need a high quality professional physical therapist! Thank you Melodie!!!

Knowledgeable, professional care. I am improving and that’s the goal. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and patients coming and going seem glad to be there.

Martin has been amazing! My spinal Surgeon strongly recommended I have surgery. I wasn't ready to give in and go that route yet so he allowed me to do physical therapy. On my 1st visit Martin offered dry needling, while I'd never heard of this I figured it was worth a shot, after a few appointments of needling and then doing exercises I have been in considerably less pain than I ever imagined. I have been able to stop taking my pain pills and resume most of my normal activities.

Action potential physical therapy is a joy to work with. Very nice people and excellent physical therapist there. I've had two different experiences with them over a few years and have been totally satisfied. I'm currently getting help from their briargate facility and physical therapist Martin is fantastic. I give him a 10 rating.

I came in in a locked out brace after a micro fracture surgery. Within 4 months I was from locked out to full bend. I have most of my strength back. I can do most things I was unable to do before my surgery. Kat and Phil did an amazing job getting me back to where I was! Thank you!!!

Dr Phil is working with me using exercises to create an efficient function of my shoulder joint. I have had 2 surgeries on my right shoulder. In order to keep it healthy we are working to balance the muscle groups and relieve it of strain and tension. I play tennis 4-5 days a week so stretching and strengthening are essential.

I started receiving treatment for my injured hand, wrist, and elbow after an unfortunate fall at the gym about 12 months ago. The whole crew, and especially Melody Colyar, did great work helping to get me back to normal. I would definitely recommend them and thank them for their professional service and attention to detail!

I was sent to Action Potential after my third foot surgery in 5 years. I needed a lot of help with balance and just walking correctly. Manipulation of my foot was also needed.
I could not have found a better place. Mark Leenheer was amazing to work with. He evaluated me
and and we discussed a plan of action. His helpers, Liz and Kathryn, were also wonderful to work with.
Not only did they help me improve, but they built up my confidence in so many ways. I highly recommend them.

I am an Army veteran and have lived with chronic back pain for a number of years and have been to numerous physical therapist. None has been as thorough and caring as Mark L. at Action Potential. In fact, I went to Action Potential following a bicep tear and shoulder surgery and now have pain-free full function of my shoulder. Mark L. is the best!!! When Action Potential was temporarily outside of my insurance network and I was referred to another provider, I refused to go! The ONLY place I trust with my physical therapy needs is Action Potential.

Baseball/Football Coach, Baseball player and Dad. I went into the office almost sure I was going to have surgery and the expertise of the Doc and therapist put me right back in the game. They narrowed down my problem and then we worked that area to heal and strengthen it . Now I am back to normal with no pain and plan to keep that area healthy. I appreciate this staff keeping me available to make an impact in my everyday life. Phil 1:6

Phil and the girls are fantastic. Went in at the beginning of December last year barely able to move after severe damage to my pelvis SI joint and hip damage after delivering my second child. I just finished my last session tonight, able to walk, stand and move more than I thought possible after this injury! Can't thank them enough!
