The grounds seemed brand new when we went in August 2023 for a weekend getaway.
Some of the halls and rooms are in separate buildings that circled around the pool, and we stayed in a room with a private slider patio overlooking rocks which was very quiet.
There was no privacy from the neighboring patio, but no one was there that night thankfully.
Breakfast was fantastic, beautiful decor throughout the establishment.
They keep up on cleaning as carpet cleaners were there during our stay.
Beautiful parks and walking trails right around the corner. Nice grounds to walk in too.
Very nice stay and views from lot.

This hotel was a perfect home base for our Sedona trip. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Staff was super friendly, especially in the breakfast area. And the included breakfast was definitely a level above what you would expect. Perfect way to start your day for your Sedona adventures.

A great experience and we will definitely return. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooms have a comfy bed, kitchenette, a nice size bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a big tv that turns to face the living area or bedroom. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They offered a nice breakfast each morning which is included with the stay. Nice views from the front and back of the hotel.

Great place to stay! The room was very nice, comfy bed, love the turn around TV and kitchen. Really didn't use much. We forgot our suits, but a nice attendant helped us turn on the fire pit at night. The desk agents were friendly and helpful and one especially when we asked about a quick hike (it was just before dark on full moon).
Breakfast was yummy and the location is perfect!

We loved this hotel. We had three 18 year olds and 2 adults. The pool
Was nice and we loved the hot tub, both are outdoors. The kids liked the gym, and we liked the outdoor gas-fire pit. The staff was super nice, especially the main evening Maintenance man from New Jersey, and Tanya who was in-charge of the breakfast buffet. Tanya went above and beyond for us, especially since 2 of the kids have Celiac Disease (no gluten). The town of Sedona was less than a 10 min drive.
Rooms were super clean and big. We will be back!

An incredible stay, loved everything about this hotel. Our room was very clean and we had everything needed for our short stay. Had we stayed longer than 1 night, the kitchen would've been even more convenient than it already was. The free breakfast was hands down the best we've ever had at any hotel we've ever stayed in....and it was included! Tanya was running the show at the buffet and not only was she friendly and helpful, but she was engaging and clearing people's plates and asking if we needed anything. She even delivered quiches fresh out of the oven to people seated because they had run out temporarily. The reason for that was likely because of the flavor.....amazing!! The Apple Cinnamon muffins were also really tasty. Best breakfast ever! The entire staff was great. We look forward to staying here again and we will suggest this hotel to anyone looking for suggestions.

Very cool hotel. Hot tub is brand new and the view of Sedona is great. Beds are comfy. Friendly staff. Parking should just be free in my opinion as they have a massive lot with a lot of space

Everyone was amazing, so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast attendant was especially pleasant every morning. Room was nice and clean, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and breakfast was great. Would definitely come back!

This is by far the nicest residence Inn we’ve ever stayed in. It’s relatively new so the lobby, fitness facilities and rooms are all upgraded complementary breakfast with excellent and a shout out to the manager Rita and the bartender Ana who gave us great service and conversation. There’s also great hiking right across the street look for Gardiners Trail.

We recently did a family adventure trip that kicked off in Sedona. We stayed here for the convenience, location and price (plus breakfast). A wonderful choice! The rooms are spacious and homey. The coffee is out by 5am (great for those east coast early risers!) and breakfast was a cut above the typical traveler breakfast. It was delicious. My son (and I) were big fans of the apple muffins, but there was lots of yummy and healthy choices. The location, while not uptown Sedona, is close enough and the views are still beautiful. Yes, you still have to pay for parking, but it was way cheaper than staying in town. I must also mention that ALL of the hotel staff and friendly and go out of their way to provide any help you need. This includes the front desk staff, the breakfast staff and pretty much anyone else we ran across. We would definitely stay again!

Super clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, 5-7 mins from downtown. Super close to popular hikes like Devils Bridge etc. Will definitely stay again when next in town

Direct access to a beautiful (uncrowded) forest service trail. Many outdoor seating areas with fire pits or heat lamps. Great viewing area for stargazing. One of the Sedona shuttle stops within walking distance. An unexpected surprise was the delicious breakfast with great options. Would definitely recommend!

A newer (in the last few years) property that is just fantastic! Our room had a full kitchen (with oven even) and a view that had me looking at hot air balloons each morning from the desk. Everything was very clean and well kept. Great location!

The only challenge was that there was no luggage rack to put a bag on. When we asked the front desk for one they said they were built into the hallway, but our room didn’t have a hallway, so that was a bit confusing and also left us without a luggage rack to put our bag in the room.

They do charge for parking, and even with incredibly high Marriott status they did not offer complimentary parking, waters, or points, which are all common at other Marriott properties I've stayed.

Nice interior. The pool was not working and heated so we had to go to the Courtyard next door. We enjoyed the deck view near our room. We went to watch the stars at night too. Hot breakfast was great. Enjoyed the room and kitchen amenities.

One of the best Residence Inn I've stayed at in awhile.

Great location as it's at the edge of Sedona next to grocery stores, restaurants, and even a trail right next to the parking lot that connects to other trails.

The area is beautiful, the rooms are amazing, staff is friendly, and just the vibes about this establishment is amazing!

I'll be coming back again very soon! Good job Residence Inn

Clean and comfortable! Only king beds available in each room (other than the uncomfortable sofa bed). Breakfast every morning was very good. And the staff was very friendly and helpful, whether to refill or answer questions or even find a table. Am not sure what the schedule is for room cleaning because that didn’t happen every day. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel complex looks new and very well maintained. The room was very nicely arranged. The AC was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The property is located about a 10 minute drive from uptown Sedona which was nice for me as it didn't feel crowded and I could enjoy the natural beauty. The only complaints I have are the few hairs I saw in the shower, the $18 parking fee and my room key was deactivated the morning of check out. People usually make a couple of trips either to the car or the dining area. There's not an option to park anywhere else on or off the property, so that $18 parking fee is just odd and should just be included into the rate of the room. Other than that, the room was very nicely arranged. The AC was quiet and the bed was comfortable. There is also a grill that guests can use. But I didn't notice or look into any nearby grocery stores. Come to think of it, I'm not sure if there were any grill utensils in the room. I'd check before firing up that grill. I'm glad I didn't opt for the balcony as I noticed they faced a rock wall and that seemed to be the only view especially if you were on the 1st floor. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's a great hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Location is nice too. The only disappointment was the breakfast, I felt like there wasn't a great selection. We only had breakfast there one morning... i would still recommend this hotel.
