This was an unpleasant surprise on our way back to phoenix. Very peaceful and great views to see and walk around. It is very very pleasant and peaceful to walk around that place. My sister and I loved it! Highly recommend it!

Beautiful place that is super peaceful and you can do a meditation here. Except when loud people don't respect the be quiet signs, which unfortunately happened to us. Not the fault of the place though, so encourage you to visit as soon as it opens.

Such an ahhhmazing, spiritual experience! It is a silent hike. Many folks are meditating so please be respectful. The Stupa is impressive! I was absolutely not expecting to have the experience I did and I’m so thankful for the opportunity. A barefoot walk around the Medicine Wheel was beyond cathartic. Highly recommend this hike. Also, the hike can be as strenuous or easy as you like. The Stupas are easily accessible. Thank you to those who maintain this beautiful space, it is greatly appreciated!

This is the kind of place where, if done right, you can spend time healing your soul.

The location looks..off while heading in, but once you arrive and start exploring, it immediately changes, and you get lost in the calmness.

I would recommend spending some time reading all of the available info in the area, and take a seat... meditate. Learning about the Stupa prior to coming was insightful.

The stupa is said to be located right where the masculine and feminine energies intersect, according to a mystic.

Buddhist or non Buddhist, this place feels very peaceful and calming. It is surrounded by iron ore rich mountains. The slight cool breeze fluttering the little pieces of Tibetan prayer fabric gives the perfect ambience to a feeling of contentment, contemplation and peacefulness.

It’s a short hike from the parking lot. The signs around ask for people to be quiet and respectful but not everyone reads the sign or realizes that this isn’t a playground or their backyard and unfortunately speak to their family members, children or friends in a volume loud enough for half the park to hear them.

There is a porta potty in case anyone needs to use it, on the left trail to the stupa.

This place is unlike any I've ever been to. The vibe was unbelievable! I wish I lived nearby, I'd come here daily. Left feeling absolutely at peace and balanced. A must see!

A perfect place to observe silence and have a peaceful time. There’s very nice view around. Just a small trail (not a hiking place) to reach out from parking space (very limited). Well preserved place.

A beautiful spiritual place hidden in the canyons of Sedona. After you park, a short hike is required. Port-a-potty is clean and well stocked. All can feel welcomed here.

Beautiful and peaceful. Very short and simple hike.

Stopped here to pray and meditate while visiting Sedona. Trail was a little muddy due to recent snowstorms, but it was still very easy.

One word: peaceful. I visited the park on a rainy day in Sedona. The red ground was muddy and wet, but that did not take away from the serenity that I felt upon entering this park. As you follow along the path, there are colorful flags wrapped around trees and places to sit and meditate. In the park, I felt contemplative and present surrounded by the rock formations and sounds of bird song. The Amitabha Stupa was magnificent, and I was able to circle around the stupa clockwise. There is also a medicine wheel that I recommend checking out.

This park is perfect for a nice, relaxing stroll and for contemplation/meditation. It's also a little gem in Sedona; the park truly is an embodiment of peace and I am so thankful I stopped by and got to experience it!

Side-notes: Since it was a rainy day, there was not a large crowd so I was able to meditate, walk, and interact with the park without wait. There is a parking lot that gives you access to a path that leads you to the stupa. It is important to be respectful of the space, and to be quiet since there may be others meditating/praying.

Love this place. Although if you want peace and solitude when there, I'd recommend going very early or mid week

It’s a beautiful park with very easy and short hikes. It does not require the Red Rock Pass, no entrance fee, and there are two free parking lots (not paved). It is a great place for walking, contemplation, and sitting quietly/meditating. The beautiful Stupa and the Buddha statue are something I always admired every time I was there.

Very peaceful place whether you are religious or not. Lots of different walking trails surround the area and many people were visiting the area. What an experience!

A beautiful and peaceful stop no matter the time of year. There is a private lot for easy access. It can get muddy if it has rained so be cautious. This is an active place for Buddhism so be respectful and quiet for those practicing. It is a must stop every time I’m in town.

Really interesting place. Easy to get to with parking. The snow was melting when we were there, so hiking was limited for us. I wasn't wearing appropriate shoes. Getting around the immediate area was easy.

I needed this. This beautiful location tastesfully combines faith and nature. There are plenty of points for quiet meditation as well as information on how to pray according to Buddhism. It is dog friendly and had publicly accessible toilets.

Short hike. I'm on a crutch and I made it up the hill no problem. Older folks can enjoy it too. Beautiful area.

Incredibly peaceful space that I could’ve spent hours in! Even when busy people respected the quiet for the most part and it’s a wonderful place to meditate with areas near the stupa and plenty of shaded areas with benches along the paths. The views of the red rocks great and parking is plentiful!
