3rd time here...LOVE this hotel, LOVE the staff, LOVE the location and the views are just....STUNNING. My one piece of advice for this hotel is to spend the extra coin and get a "Red Rock View". To me, it's a sin to come here and not do that. Waking up to those majestic spires is as close as most of us will come to heaven on earth. Did I mention the staff here is fantastic!

Britney & Sam were such a wonderful welcome committee. They did a wonderful job keeping my guy calm as they waited all day for me to arrive. I felt the love & anticipation from the very beginning, & they did everything to make me feel at home after an extremely arduous day of travel and an unexpected drive in from Phoenix.

Thank you ladies for everything you did to make our weekend as spectacular here on earth gazing into each other's eyes, as the scene of the heavens from underneath the Stars....

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. James and Brittany at the front desk were tremendously kind, helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent recommendations to restaurants and ice cream. The views from our room was worth the whole trip. I used the gym, pools, hot tubs and steam sauna. 5 star facility. We look forward to stay here again someday. It sure is a special place.

The rooms and amenities here are just standard, but the views - WOW! Was so nice to watch the sun rise and set over the red rocks right from our balcony. You couldn't ask for a better location as it's right on the main downtown strip to Sedona so we could walk to a lot of places. The staff were incredible nice and helpful. The included breakfast was actually really great for a free meal - so much that we went every morning - and the chef was so friendly! The outdoor pool is right onsite at the hotel, but you have to walk 5mins to get to the building with the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. It was a bit of a process to check-in and get down there, but well worth it for a relaxing night!

We had one room facing the creek side and those are great rooms. The other one faced the parking lot and they are not as nice. The staff is very nice as well. We needed a last minute late check out and they made it happened. The breakfast is nice as well. The fitness place, pool and other amenities are a bit odd- they belong to the timeshare place. You can use them but they are not easy to get into.

This place is definitely worth a visit. The check-in was the most friendly and most informative of almost all hotels I have stayed at. We arrived about 7pm and they even let us know that the restaurants close at 8pm on that particular Saturday so we needed to do that sooner than later. They told us where to best park in relation to our room and mapped where breakfast was and the other facilities. The grounds are beautiful.

My status was recognized, which sounds lame but as someone who used to travel 40-45 weeks each year pre-pandemic it got annoying checking into hotel after hotel of receiving nothing when they are supposed to (and I actually stopped frequenting the M chain because they hardly ever did). Best Western definitely recognizes status and hands me waters, even in different countries so that's always a pro.

The room was a bit dated but it was fine. We had the red rock balcony view and it was so cool to get up and seeing the sunrise change the colors of the rocks right from our room! We had a quiet and comfortable sleep also. The pool looked amazing but it was too cold for us to venture to try it in early March.

Breakfast was hot and busy, the host was running around checking guests in and cleaning tables for the next guests. The coffee could have been better but it wasn't the worst and everything I had in general was good at the buffet. Sausages were plump! The salsas were delicious!

The location of this hotel is pretty awesome, easy walking to several shops and restaurants and tours, which I heard later during a Sedona tour that being able to walk is a great thing because the main road can get crazy with tourist traffic during "in season". There are many round-a-bouts and the tour guide said that most visitors don't know how they work.

So my advice would be to just brush up on that prior to visiting, not a hard concept; in the circle you have the right of way, maybe use your turn signals to signal if you are exiting the circle (or signal the opposite if you are staying in the circle) to let the other entering traffic know your intentions... but basically the overall objective for everyone is to not hit a car and to not get hit by a car. Sedona also decided to add pedestrians to the mix so that can get dicey.

But back to the hotel, I recommend it, great place to stay. Friendly and courteous staff. Both check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The parking lot is wavy/wonky but they map out your best area to park for where your room or villa is located. Breakfast was good. View from balcony was fantastic. Hands down I will be staying here again next time we come. Tha ks for a wonderful stay, BW!

Good price, nice location but wonderful staff!! We travel a lot and for me, the reviews are nestled in the customer service I received. Best Western staff understood the assignment. We are in Sedona celebrating a special milestone birthday around Christmas time and off the cuff I put under special requests for our room that "it would be nice to have a table top Christmas tree". Never thought they do it but we walked in and there it was!! All lit up and decorated beautifully. It's those extra details I appreciate in where I stay. Also Joyce at the front desk was wonderful to work with and helped us with check in and parking. Very nice experience!!

What a wonderful company. My husband and I surprised my parents with a trip here (it’s their favorite place on earth). Nicholas helped me get all of the details in order and truly did some wonderful things for us! I am so grateful for this place and so excited for my parents to go. Thank you Nicholas!!!!!

Good sized room, nice little balcony with great views of the red rocks. Brilliant air-conditioning and a good gym in the clubhouse. Very good breakfast selection, absolutely brilliant pool and the sleep quality was amazing as it was so quiet. Good to be able to do our laundry after lots of hiking and lovely lawn area with comfy chairs to relax in. Plenty of parking and really solid uptown location. A solid stay in Sedona.

We spent three nights at your beautiful hotel several weeks ago. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and everyone was friendly. There are great views from rooms at the back of the hotel. Kudos to the maintenance staff for keeping the outside of the property so immaculate! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Such a fun hotel. Really beautiful view from the balconies. The pool area is amazing, so nice. The gym is across in a different building but it's good. The breakfast was nice, good range of items. The staff were good too.

Best Western Plus and it's adjoining Club Houses and Resorts are very conveniently located next to a lot of shopping, eateries, and businesses. Great rock view and resort amenities. Also, it has easy creek access from the clubhouse. Overall, A+ recommendation.

Stayed here for 5 nights back in May 2022. Best hotel for its location, view, breakfast, parking and friendly staff. You cannot get better views or access to uptown Sedona. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was so friendly and the pools are great. We loved being able to walk all over uptown Sedona without needing to drive or park! The building is beautiful and the window elevator was an awesome bonus. Very relaxing and well worth the price. We will definitely be staying here again.

This place is AWESOME! Upon arriving I was informed that the elevator was out of service and my family had a room on the 3rd floor. I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I asked if they could help me through this and they went above and beyond! They upgraded me to the cottage which is its own seperate house! This is THE PLACE TO STAY IN SEDONA! GREAT FOR KIDS! Great customer service! I could say so many more positive things. They we wonderful here and lots of stuff to do and great location!

Had a great stay! Used my BW Rewards making it even better! Arrived around 6pm. The lady at the front desk was wonderful helped with toothpaste/toothbrush because I forgot mine of course! She was ready to answer and help with anything I needed!

The room was immaculate! We had a single King bed. The hotel was quiet. I couldn’t hear anyone from in my room. The property was clean and well kept. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. A breakfast is offered but we didn’t make it in time! LOL!

The hotel had its own parking lot. It was in walking distance from many shops and restaurants. I think I got over 5000 steps that day! Even gave us a discount coupon for a local restaurant!

Thank Best Western for another wonderful stay! Of all the hotels in Sedona, I am glad I chose yours! Will be back next time we visit Sedona!

First let's talk about the location. This hotel has amazing views of the beautiful Sedona Red Rocks. Being in town too, it's extremely easy to walk to all of the shops, for while you're not busy with excursions. The service staff was very friendly, nice & helpful. Breakfast is very tasty & plentiful each morning. The room was clean, tidy & well stocked when we arrived. The one thing I'd ding them on is their restrictive TV setup - hotels need to allow guests to utilize an HDMI port for their own device they may carry with them.

I stayed at this hotel about a month ago and I absolutely loved it. We were taken care of at check in and throughout the visit by Brittny. She was very helpful with recommending near by places to visit and dine.. This hotel is in a wonderful location with great views.. It's very clean and the room was very nice.. I'll definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay in Sedona and a particularly great option for families. We stayed at the Creekside Villas and were so impressed by the quality of the villa, the view (right on the water, with a great patio and balcony) and the amenities. We had just come from a cramped, overpriced hotel in Phoenix and being able to spread out in our villa was heaven. As other reviewers have said, the staff here are incredible and are so helpful even before you arrive. Whenever we called the front desk to ask for something - towels, coffee filters, laundry detergent - it came right away. The location is also wonderful - right in the middle of the most walkable part of Sedona (it's touristy, but with lots of food and shopping options and, of course, great views from every angle).

We also loved having the options in the nearby "clubhouse", which is a gym designed for the timeshare villas that are on the same property. Others have noted that the staff at the clubhouse are not as friendly as the Best Western people. We found this to be true - apparently they have to be very strict because people do try to sneak in, as it's the only indoor pool in town (or so we were told) - but as long as you show up with your COVID waiver and gym pass (both of which are given to you at check in) it's truly no big deal. The club has two connected pools - one indoor, one outdoor - and a bunch of sports options, like pickleball and basketball. There's also a very dated but fine exercise room. The villas have jacuzzi tubs in them as well, so you can feel like you're at a mini-spa.

Other people have raved about the breakfasts. We found them to be pretty standard for a chain hotel with very blah coffee, although there is hot food every day and everyone is, again, super friendly. The breakfast, like the main hotel, is up the hill from the villas and takes a few minutes to get to. So is the rest of the town, because the villas are down by the water. If you don't want to walk up a hill or aren't willing to drive to/from breakfast and the town, don't stay near the creek in Sedona.

All in all, this is a fabulous place to stay and we would definitely return if we came back to Sedona.
