Bighorn Bistro & Bar

Made a reservation for four, so we were seated promptly. Hannah, our server, was pleasant and very helpful. We loved the bruschetta, French Onion soup and Caesar salad to start. Having fried chickpeas in the Caesar Salad instead of croutons is my favorite too! For dinner, the Duck Confit was spectacular, and a table favorite. We also had the Pork Belly, Dry Aged NY Strip and Pappardelle which were equally delicious also!

Nice place, staff was very nice and helpful. We did receive a bread plate and the bread tasted burnt, we asked our waitress to remove it from table. She felt so bad and did everything she could to make it right. My wife had a grilled cheese and I had the bighorn burger. The burger was good and very filling.

My number one thing we were happy about. The waiter staff accommodated us. Meaning gave us flexibility on the menu. Service and food was great. We had great views looking out. Definitely will come back.

I had a wonderful experience dining here!! The whole team is great, friendly, kind & always ready to make you feel welcome. The food was delicious & my party tried a couple different dishes. All had great flavors & presentation. Loved the Butcher’s Board!! Would definitely eat here again! Such a great location, too!

Wonderful dinner in an amazing atmosphere! The service was very attentive. The Bighorn is the perfect place for a steak and a cocktail after skiing!

(Vegan reviewer) Really enjoyed this place! They only had a couple vegan options, but it was delicious and the service was impeccable. I had the vegetarian curry, which upon questioning the chef was actually vegan and it was amazing. My friend ordered the carmelized goat cheese appetizer and she said it was off the hook as well. Would highly recommend this place.

Great experience, even in the off-season! Summer menu was fantastic, highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back. The filet was very well-cooked (see picture) and the desserts are incredible!

It's the best dining option in Keystone, hands down. My recommendations are the Ribeye if you're wanting a steak, and my personal favorite is the Scallops.. they are gigantic, so you definitely get your money's worth. They are also in the process of unveiling a new menu, so if you have already tried everything, now you can go back and try something new. The excellent chefs will ensure that you leave with a smile on your face ready to hit the slopes for some night skiing, or recover after a long day of doing so. Don't miss it!

We loved our meal! We had the Diablo Shrimp and Birra Tostadas for an appetizer. Followed by a Ceasar and the Sea Bass.

I typically never get steaks at restaurants because I can typically cook them better for cheaper, but the steak sandwich and burgers were phenomenal. Really great food and customer service!

I loved this place! We came twice for the salmon with mint chimichurri and summer pea risotto. Also, we tried the lamb ribs and bruschetta. Everything was exquisite! I would recommend this place. I wish I would have taken pictures of the dishes.

I was in town for a conference and stopped by Bighorn almost every day. Their vegan burger was delicious, especially since it's hard to find vegan options in the area. The staff were amazing and get 5+ stars. I can't remember everyone's name but I interacted with Jose and Lisa Anne a lot and they were super friendly.

Great atmosphere and amazing food! I had red curry and my friend had lamb with grits and we both were super happy with our choices. Eli provided outstanding service! Friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Very hospitable. Great place after a day on the slopes or just for a nice dinner 🙌🏼

Ordered the Shrimp Bao appetizer, steak and fries, and goat cheese salad. All three dishes were very delicious. Staff was polite and friendly. Sat in the lounge and had a view of the pool, very cozy.

HAPPY HOUR RULES!!! Did the happy hour several times, alone and with kids. Good and friendly service, pretty good deals, tasty specials. Bummer there is no outside sitting or seriously fresh air, but sometimes there is fun and mellow live music. It was August, and it was never too busy, in fact, usually it was nice and mellow. Didn't try it outside of the happy hour in the bar, but for what we tried, it was great and we'd happily go back. Repeatedly.

The chef at this restaurant is nothing short of gifted. Tonight's meal is one of the top two best meals I have had in my entire life. I ordered the salmon special. It was priced very nicely at $26.00. The salmon was expertly seared, crisp on the outside and flaky & moist inside. It was served with a fantastic orzo prepared with a tangerine oil. The orzo had the perfect chew and the citrus complimented the salmon perfectly. There was also a delightful cucumber, pear and heirloom tomato salad that was finished with mint and tender garlic flowers. Besides his/ her flawless technique, the chef used a light and balanced hand with seasonings. Every element of this plate was perfectly delicious on its own, yet combined beautifully to make a cohesive, complimentary dish. The service was good, as well. I will remember this meal for a very long time to come.

Sam is the BEST!!! On day one he did what he could to accommodate us before closing and attended us with amazing service! We came back the following day just because we knew Sam was going to work that day. We order Burgers those two days yum! Thank you for your kindness and service Sam! Unit next time 😉

Family dinner here last night. Restaurant is down stairs in the lobby at the Keystone Lodge. Staff was very friendly including our waiter Eli. Very limited seating currently but you can get reservations a few days in advance. All 5 in our party has different entrees and all 5 were very pleased with their selection.
