Freedom Express Car Wash at North Gate

My experience with them was great. Customer service was great! The person there was real nice. So the ones on here complaining I don't know why but I had no problems and my full size long bed F-150 came out clean just from camping and dirt bike riding

I come here regularly and am always pleased with the courtesy of the attendants. They are polite and helpful regardless of the weather. I always feel my car is cleaned thoroughly and in a timely manner.

1st time here.. good carwash that was open while it was only 30 degrees out. Wasn't sure if I was going to find a place open while it was that cold, but they were . Felt the prices were less than other drive thru washes which was nice.. if I'm in the area again, I will swing by for a shine..

Service at this location is far better than in Monument. They manually scrub my windshield and rear window as I enter the wash, which gets the dirt the machine can't. In Monument, they give a once-over spray of a light, ineffective stream of water on my rear window and think they have actually done something. I'll drive out of my way to go to the Northgate location.

I recently had a small issue with some damage to an accessory. Initially, there was a delay in being able to discuss the matter with the owner, but once he was aware of the issue he was more than fair in dealing with the damage, going beyond what I consider normal in customer service in delivering A+ accommodation for my loss. Moreover, it was clear that he cares about his business and the customers he serves. He has earned my business!

Visited yesterday with a truly dirty vehicle. Went through once … assumed all was clean. Later noticed a lot of the deep grime was still visible. Returned and the guys hand scrubbed what remained and sent me thru again. Perfect result. So, there was no fuss, they got it done. What more can you expect from a local provider? They took the extra time to clean the car. And by doing so made an ambassador out of me. Smart Move Freedom Express.

Best car wash in our area, long tunnel, ease access, good price. A lot of clean towel, powerful vacuum 👍👍👍

Came through with my car today and had a wonderful experience with a employee named Julian. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and helped me with the best options for my car. I just happened to be in the area wasting some time before an appointment, but now that I know this place has people with a genuine customer service, respectful members like Julian, and great prices and service- I’ll be back just for that! What an amazing place!

Wish I could rate it 6 out of 5 stars. I paid for the $10 car wash after coming back from a trip to Canada, lots of bugs on the front end of the van. First pass through the car wash didn't get all the bugs off, attendant let me go through again for free. Very friendly, highly recommend!

Good service from the employees whenever I pull in for a wash. I have a large truck, and even that gets cleaned well.

The place is always clean and they provide towels. Furthermore, they have a machine for washing floor mats. It’s more expensive than the previous place I used to go to, but the cleanliness makes up for it.

Wow first time here. Staff super friendly and everything kept clean! Wash was awesome and fun but crazy inside 😜 my truck was filthy not anymore thank you would highly recommend! Also has free vac and Matt wash 👍

Great car wash. Have to update and give a huge shoutout to Blake and Alex. Took a cross-country trip and hit every bug in the Midwest with my car. They took the time to really scrub and power wash the vehicle before going through the wash. Thank you, Blake and Alex!

My car is so clean! I dropped my phone out the window and the guy went under my car to grab it. So nice!

Ran thru carwash and parked the car to vacuum. After 15 minutes, turned the key and the starter just clicked, engine did not turn over. YIKES!!! Alex; a very friendly employee, opened the hood, checked the battery date and suggested he give me a jump. Worked like a charm!!!!! Thank you, darl’en Alex!!!!!

I appreciate the extra attention that the attendants give by scrubbing the front and rear of the car before entering the car wash. Makes all the difference.
