Sedona Drycleaning

I brought in a down comforter that had a big patch of horribly sticky stuff from one of those sticky mouse traps on it. I thought it was totally ruined. However they got the sticky stuff out completely, and there was absolutely no dry cleaning smell on the comforter. I was very happy with their service.

So I've been going to this dry cleaners since I moved here in '97 when it was in the Bashas shopping center. Great staff, reliable service, and my stuff looks great. Don't hesitate to use them!

Decent enough for dry cleaning since there isn't another option in town. Definitely go somewhere else for hems or clothing fixing. They seamed the dress zipper shut for $15. Not what I asked for.

I stuck at ironing. Their clean & press is great, dry-cleaned suits come back so sharp ZZ Top could shoot a music video here. She is very friendly! Expensive.

Love the service: saw me pull up and had our clothes pulled before I walked in the door.

I called and the woman was so nice, and explained a lot to me :)

I'm deducting 2 stars because of the weird hours. I went with google hours and when I got there they have a barely-visible, hand-written sign with their hours on the window. They are terrible hours for a dry cleaner. I haven't been able to get my items because they open at 10am most days. Makes no sense.

I paid for extra fast service and now, on the day that I am heading out to LA and need my Suit, their doors are closed during normal hours with no explanation..

Thankfully, I was able to track down the Owner's number through the landlord of the facility and the woman that runs the place corrected the situation as soon as she could.

They will get the job done but it might take longer than expected...

Typically Sedona. It’s not about speed. Or customer service. But the work is okay - just takes a week.
