This gym is small but offers a large assortment of workout equipment for all sorts of people, including wheelchair friendly equipment. If you don't like all the loudness of other gyms, this is the one for you. They offer classes for all levels of people.

Sedona Fit was the perfect gym for me while I was in Sedona for a couple of weeks. The gym offers daily, weekly, or monthly passes which is great for tourists! Katherine was great to show me around when I showed up unexpectedly & interrupted her workout. The gym is small, but it has any and all equipment you could want PLUS it was never over crowded; I didn’t have to wait for machines, weights, etc. The locals were also super friendly & helpful! It was nice to be able to drop in for workout sessions in between our hikes, and if we’re ever in Sedona again for an extended period, I will definitely come back here! I’m very glad I found this gym!

I am a tourist from Canada going on an Arizona motorcycle trip in need of a quick lift and I was super lucky to stumble upon SedonaFit. The owner is INCREDIBLY hospitable and was able to orient me to all the equipment, trail systems, and more. She made me feel at home. All the equipment was also excellent, I wish this could be my home gym!

This is a small gym in the heart of Sedona. It's a small space but has every machine you could need for a full body workout. They offer group classes as well. Katherine is an amazing person as well. If you're visiting or living here, this is a great gym and makes you feel like a part of the community.

Just here for a couple of weeks from UK. I absolutely love this gym, it is packed with good, useful equipment . Not too busy , Katherine has a tight grip on everything and runs a great ship. I am going to be really sad to go back home to my, not so amazing, local gym. I cannot wait to come back, hopefully in the complete winter.

Perfect local gym, perfect for a quick workout or a full on grind. The owner seemed eager to go above and beyond, but without being annoying or invading anyone’s space. Not to mention they’re open 24/7, and they didn’t make me do any type of complicated signup process. Just $10 at the door and you’re g2g. If you’re looking for solid place to workout, look no further.

Sedona Fit is in my opinion the ideal place to work out in Sedona. The gym is quiet and there is plenty of room to do whatever work out imaginable. The machines are in great shape. The staff is kind and accommodating.

I owe so much of my strength, fitness and support in all areas of wellness to Katherine and Aurora at Sedona Fit. Awesome kinesis wall, varied classes, cleanliness and not overcrowded. Highly recommended!

Katherine and her team have created a fitness studio that is welcoming and fun and packed full of the latest equipment. I recommend this fitness studio to anyone interested in improving their health in a friendly, relaxed setting.

Catherine is the real thing. She is caring and knows about nutrition and fitness. I had the pleasure of trying with her at age 67. Cannot say enough about her. Joe Modica, Cornville

Love this gym. Every respectful of social distancing. All who enter get a spray bottle of bleach and water to clean all apparatus and weights after use. Felt entirely safe!

A nice place to exercise in Sedona. Large enough to have everything you need but not so big like the chain places. Not a chain. Very helpful owner.
