Cold Stone Creamery

I don't remember the gentleman's name but he had red hair and a nose piercing and he was super helpful so I want to make sure he gets credit for this. It was 8:55 on a Friday night, he was about ready to go home, but we came scrambling in hoping to get dessert since Black Cow Cafe closed an hour early without notice and almost cost us dessert. I know I would've been frustrated if people came in right at close but if this guy was frustrated he didn't show it. He was super colloquial and helped us out and got us some really yummy dessert. Thank you!!!

Came in today with my daughter and observed Quinn handling a difficult customer in front of us. He dealt with her very professionally and was super nice to us! Wanted to give Quinn a shout out here and I hope his bosses do the same. Thanks Dude!!

Bill the goat was so pleasant to talk to and make our order. There was a mix up in communication with our order and he was so easy to make a fix so we got what we wanted! Definitely when back in the area will stop to say hi and eat delicious cold creamy goodness!

We recently visited Cold Stone Creamery in Sedona, Arizona for an ice cream and this place did not disappoint, they have amazing views from their balcony, the server was friendly and nice, the ice cream was great as well.

Yummy ice cream and awesome views while you eat it! The blueberry muffin ice cream with Graham cracker crumbles was devine.

Just Delicious 😋 the best coffee ice cream ever and the view is so beautiful!!! I will come back!!!

Honestly, after working here for probably a year and a half total I have to say this place is awesome. I know it's clean because I clean it. I know it's fresh made ice cream almost everyday because I make it. I love the manager. He is the best boss I've ever had yet in 29 years of life. And because there isn't any lame workplace stress, it tastes like love.

The two young men helping us (Omar the Otter 😂 and I didn't catch the others name but he was a tall blonde guy) were so nice! We came in just a few minutes before closing and they both had great attitudes and made it super fun.

Went there today and their ice cream was delicious!! Not only that, the staff was awesome, they were so friendly and welcoming!! They let us sample their ice cream selection without making it feel awkward. We sat in the patio and enjoyed the beautiful view all while enjoying our ice cream!! My family and I will definitely return to this location of Coldstone Creamery!!

Had a wonderful experience. Service was served with a side of sarcasm and we absolutely loved it! Workers were very friendly and the ice cream was just what the doctor ordered when it’s 109 degrees outside. Would definitely stop again!

If Andy is working, you’re in for a treat. He took good care of my aunt and I and answered some questions about Sedona very genially. The ice cream was too rich to finish but you can get a kids size which is what I’ll do next time!

I love coming to this location! Anytime I'm in Sedona and craving ice cream(Which is all the time, lol)I always stop here. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and super fast. Even when they have been pretty busy, they have still given me amazing customer service and still being quick. 10/10, would recommend anyone who loves ice cream! Please come here!

It was so hot outside! We were looking for some ice cream and found Cold Stone tucked away in a cute shopping center. Wow, that experience with the cold stone and watching our ice cream being hand churned was second to none. Toppings and ice cream you can pick and choose from, or a pre tasted option displayed in picture descriptions tantalizing every possible taste was on display. The boys didn't even mind that one of our party came back in for their own concoction after tasting one of ours and left us more than satisfied with the service and ice cream. We will be back!

The man that helped us was a middle aged man (seemed to be a manager) and was the nicest guy we met during our trip. He was so kind and helpful with tips and advice on what to see and where to go next. We sat and talked to him for a good 20 minutes. People like him are hard to come by in the service industry. He deserves a big raise. Thank you kind sir.

I came here for my vacations, and me and my family wanted something sweet so we went here, and there was this lady with purple hair, and this blonde guy, both were super attractive and kind to us, best service and best ice cream

i’m a frequent customer and i know that when the purple haired woman and the blonde white man work together, they work super fast and efficient, thus they give abs excellent service, they deserve a raise

The blonde haired kid working there was absolutely amazing. We had a great conversation, and he seemed genuinely interested on are trip to Sedona 10/10

Great views, great ice cream, great combinations of flavors, great service from part of the purple haired girl and the blonde white boy, is definitely better than olive garden
