I emailed the store in regards to an issue with a bag I had purchased in August 2020 and Kendra went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the issue. And, extremely quick I must say!

They have a very nice selection of high quality products and I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

I love my Unicorn purse, but one issue was I can’t get a copy of my receipt that I paid for this purse. I was not sure what’s going on with their system that needed to be proved that I did pay for this purse. That’s why I was concerned about part of that, but not angry. I was talking about 2 days ago.

This is the greatest company for customer service and quality products that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The USPS lost the item I had purchased for my daughter for Christmas and the customer service rep at The Handbag Store expedited another one to me to make sure I had it on time. She also sent a return label for the lost item in case it arrived (which it did a week and a half after Christmas). There are so few business owners out there with this kind of caring attitude and integrity. Bravo!!!

I just moved to SD and was so happy to find someone who carried Brighton. I have been a Brighton fan for over 20 years. The ladies who helped me were friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back thank you for making my day.

I really love this store! When out in the Black Hills for our yearly camping trip, we always stop here! I love their selection, variety and quality of products. Each handbag or wallet I’ve gotten has always been a favorite and I use them much more than anything I’ve ever gotten elsewhere. PLUS... I love shopping local!

Every size purse, every brand, every color! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff! My only complaint is they are only open seasonally!

A store devoted to handbags! Yay! Staff were helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy and I got a nice bag at a good price. If you find yourself in Hill City you should stop by.

I bought a purse as a christmas present. They shipped it right away. I received it in a couple days. I love it. Great quality. I want one for me now. 😀 They even wrote a thank you note. I definately will purchase from them again.
