Kroger Pharmacy

Bridget helped me at the pharmacy & I received excellent customer service for me & my daughter. She helped me find products on top of the ear drops that I needed. The drops were ready in minutes & I was just very pleased with Bridget & the customer service.

I know they have long wait times but the service is always excellent and very friendly! They do a great job knowing they have to listen to people gripe all day. I'm always welcomed with a smile. This is considered the busiest pharmacy in the area, if you don't like the wait times, find another pharmacy.

I love the pharmacy employees. They are kind, patient and caring! I'm grateful for all of them being here for all of us. They are lucky if they get a break. Praise God for hard working people. I love this pharmacy!

10/10 experience everyone here is amazing and *blush* I even crushed a little bit with the tall bearded one! Btw "Local Guides" that post nothing but 1 star ratings on everything and complain incessantly are the reason you're waiting so long ;)

Working with the public and doing customer service can be a thankless job. I know. I work in retail. That being said, I want to thank the employees for doing the best they can right now under the circumstances. I just got off the phone with one of them and he was somewhat short with me. Of course my first reactionary response was to be somewhat offended. But once I took a breath I realized we're all going through this together right now. Let's just all try to be considerate of others and have a little bit of empathy, for you not know what others are going through. I try to go out of my way to smile and be nice to everyone I greet at my work. Even though I've been going through a lot recently as I'm sure many of you have. So before everyone comes on here and wants to give them one star ratings, try to understand that they are doing the best they can.

I have been with Amelia Kroger Pharmacy for 4years and have never had a problem, my scripts are always filled when ready, have app. on my cell & text me when ready. Very patient. Yes sometimes drive-thru time is long, but it all depends on time of day. Not complaining.

Even though the A/C wasn’t working and it was uncomfortably hot, Bridgette was incredibly courteous and unbelievably helpful. Thank you so much, Bridgette!

After multiple calls and refill requests to the pharmacy and my doctor the pharmacy tech Andrew helped me understand what had been happening. He figured out the problem and found a solution. Solid customer service!

This is one of the busiest pharmacies around and everyone is always so kind and helpful and gets me in and out as quickly as they can!!

Great prices, always up to stock, they have a brilliant alcohol section, free Wi-Fi, Starbucks, and the staff is always the friendliest people. Also, they have fuel points you earn when you shop there that earns you money off gas.

Reliable courteous and prompt service. Have been using Kroger pharmacy in Amelia for 2+ years no blips.
