So happy to have chosen Sargent Carpentry to build our screen room attached to our home. While we had a concept of how the additional room would look we can say that Tory took our idea and ran with it. His execution of our concept was more than what we could have expected. The quality, creativity and workmanship shows in this fantastic new room! Tory was very good about communicating throughout the project. He and his crew were punctual on their arrival daily and professional in all of their communication. The project turned out so well we have decided to move forward with another project at our home and we can say this decision was based on the quality of the room project and the overall experience of working with Tory. Kudos to his team of Koya and Lewis as they did great work and were a pleasure to deal with. Needed a new roof installed on an old house so I decided to shop around since I just don't have the time to do it myself. I came across what you're reading right now... Google Reviews. I'd like to thank all who wrote those reviews for Sargent Carpentry because those reviews are spot on.
They tore off the existing shingles, replaced many bad boards, and then installed my new roof. Oh yeah... once done, they cleaned up the mess and also my gutters.
The quality couldn't be better and the cost was lower than what I was expecting. Tory and his crew did not cut corners which is something that I'm always a bit concerned of whenever I hire someone. They were able to start work sooner than our first conversation and completed the job on time. I really can't think of anything else that they could have done to impress me so, if you're reading this, then you probably have a project that I'm sure you won't regret having them complete.

Tory has been doing great work on our home addition. Hanging insulation, drywall and rolling on the drywall primer. He has been flexible by taking a break on our work while we got all the plumbing roughed in and then coming back to complete the drywalling which has been greatly appreciated! He has also done a great job taking care not to hit our infloor heating that is already installed… we greatly appreciate that as well!

Sargent carpentry is excellent. He has finished our barndominium and SFH project rental properties and is an elite contractor despite his young age. We don’t say that lightly. He was able to upcycle barn boards, 115 yr old stored shiplap, beams, and even old troughs and hay racks to build countertop bases, doors, trim, hibachi surrounds/bases, siding, roof repair/replacement. We have been disappointed with several contractors that just couldn’t do what they told us. Mr. Sargent is willing to stretch, research and learn to make our properties custom…From finish work with trim and crown molding to furniture with challenging beams or barn boards that are old and weathered. Mr. Sargent was also willing to repair mistakes of previous contractors at all properties. The pictures shared are while the projects were active. We hope that Mr. Sargent will consider our future projects. He even took one full day to teach our home schooled son about carpentry so he could be educated and get school credit. Excellent job! We needed our deck replaced and stairs added. The job was done quickly and professionally and the deck and stairs look amazing and is strong and solid. The guys are polite, easy to work with and did not leave a mess. We highly recommend Sargent Carpentry.
