Quick and cheap cleaning

I would give zero star if could.
When I went there with a couple of winter clothes to clean which on of them were brand new with tags including the only thing was that had a spot of makeup around the neck area so that was what I wanted to take care of it and then return it to where I bought it. So, I specifically told the lady on charge; not to remove the tags and she agreed. I even repeated a few times to her just to make sure she understood.
After few days I go back to pickup the coats. As soon as I got there she charged me around $80 bucks for the cleaning and after that she gave the coats so I went right on the one I told her no to remove the tags and checked…Tags were gone!!! When asked her she just kept saying “don’t know”
I was so mad…that was an LV coat worth 7k and the tags weren’t something you’d remove easily, it was a plastic small envelope attached with a string piece of fabric that only by cutting it with a scissors could’ve been removed. Not going back.
