These folks showed up on time for the quote. They followed up with an email and then scheduled the work. They were dispatched on time and I was informed about their planned arrival. The work was done well, clean up was appropriate and the staff I dealt with were skilled and engaged. With every professional contractor you want the representative to be personable, capable, efficient, and take pride in their work and safety. The work at my home was done right, on time, and skillfully. I would use their services again.

In a word: WOW! From the moment we met Brad for an estimate of three lighting installations, we knew we’d found the right company. Brad’s analysis of the work was extremely thorough, breaking down each task to its components to give a perfect understanding of everything involved. He considered multiple options for things like fixture and switch placement. The pricing seemed very fair and we immediately booked Family’s services. But that’s just where the praise begins. The real 5-star service took place while doing the work. Brad and Jeremy had to hang a large chandelier with close to 200 strands of crystal beads of varying lengths and an artist’s eye was needed to do it beautifully. The care and precision they used cannot be overstated. They brought the same attention to each of the other tasks. I would award bonus stars if I could for their friendly and helpful demeanor. Matt along with his apprentice came in assessed what they needed to do than immediately took care of business. I must say I have turned a wrench or two. But, it’s better to accept defeat and leave certain repair jobs up to the professionals. As I watched the two professionals do their business. I concluded calling In-Charge Electric was a great decision. I didn’t think the job would have cost the price it did! Matt went over what the hole process entailed before he started. When I called to make get a quote and make an appointment the woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to book an appointment for the following Saturday with no additional charge for a weekend. When the electrician Mike came out, he was right on time, very efficient and had my job completed in a short period of time. Mike also emailed all the necessary paperwork immediately. I would highly recommend this company for your electrical needs. Also I did get other quotes that were considerably higher priced. This is the company you want to do business with for sure!!

These guys are great! Helped me all the way through a renovation of an old 50's house, and none of the strange issues from almost 70 years of DIY fixes and modifications stumped them! Matt was great. Identified all our problems. It was necessary to dig up our yard to chase down an underground short. He and his partner did an awesome job. They found and repaired a short and replaced the dirt and grass in the yard and garden. Could hardly tell they had been disturbed. The problem was much simpler than we thought it would be and while we felt stupid for not knowing, Mike made sure several times to tell us it was a common misperception.
