I met Stephanie last year after finding out I have three herniated disc in my lumbar region. After two ER visits and chiropractor appointments I began receiving medial massages by Stephanie. She is the most informed masseuse that I have ever met. She has taught me about my body and is great at identifying the origin of my pain. I've been to several massage therapists over the years, but only Stephanie has actually helped me improve my health. I've been told that massaging my back is 'like massaging concrete.' When I first saw Stephanie, my fascia (connective tissue under the skin) was so tight and bunched up that I couldn't pinch it and pull it away at all. I also had horrible cellulite (which is caused by bad fascia). I've been seeing Stephanie for a little over three months, and my fascia has greatly improved! I have greater mobility, my cellulite is a lot better, and feel great after every massage! Stephanie truly cares about you and the whole picture when it comes to your body. Highly recommend!

Excellent massage therapists, they cater to veterans, medical therapy massage, and overall wellness. I have been there multiple times in the last week, they have given me much needed relief from the pain I currently live with and have learned to accept. I now have a date for my hip surgery, I believe it is June 16th.

I’ve paid for a few massages at larger retail chains but they don’t compare. Retail massages are often surface-level fluff while Stephanie’s massages are deep and targeted. Not to mention, 1 hr retail massages are actually 50 minute massages, which irritates me.

Stephanie gives me tips for self-care — I can tell she actually wants me to get better, not just make money. She invests in equipment and her education and it shows in the quality-of-care she provides. At a minimum, it is worth coming a few times a year to pinpoint problems, “reset,” and develop a plan of action. The retail chains don’t actually care about solving your problems — Stephanie does!

Stephanie Taylor knows her stuff. On my first visit she correctly identified pretty much my whole host of physical challenges. She released a bunch of blockages and stuck muscles, nerves and connective tissue to the point where my mobility and range of motion increased with less discomfort. One my second visit, she unlocked my jaw where I had been getting TMJ pain. I'll be using her as my regular therapist.
