Had a watch battery replaced and a repair done on my 10k gold chain and they did a pretty good job! Staff is friendly and professional, they get a five star rating!

While I have only been to Burke's twice, once to have my wife's engagement ring repaired and once to purchase a Christmas gift for her, I have been very pleased with their ability to take of my needs. My wife was ecstatic wife the ring repair. I hope she's as happy with my gift selection. Jameson was terrific.
