I started off with a broken and infected tooth in my mouth calling EVERY dentist office around late on a weekend- I only got a few calls back and one of them was the most thoughtful voicemail from Liz. I ended up waiting even longer to go in because I was absolutely terrified - it had been 10 years since my last dentist visit where they just removed my tooth and was not numbed..And I had only had that experience in my entire 32 years of life. After my very first appointment I was not scared again and received the absolute best care.
With all the love conceivable I thank the entire staff, Dr. Baker, Ashely, Kate and Liz for letting me breathe on you, drool on you and for helping me correct 32 years of no dental work, thank you for educating me on proper care and thank you for a confidence in my smile that I could never imagine.
I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone reading.

I've been seeing Dr. Stiebel since the early 90's and dearly miss him. He's well deserving of impending retirement and I wish him the best!

Roughly a year ago I was introduced to Dr. Baker as she's taking over the practice in time. My wife and I are EXTREMELY pleased with how well this dentistry is operating while in transition and can't say enough about how friendly, experienced and professional the staff is. My dental hygienist Trish is wonderful!

As for Dr. Baker, she is very knowledgeable and comforting. She's also compassionate and pleasant to be around! We're looking forward to many years of their services!!!

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to, I’m so happy that I found them. Dr. Baker is amazing at everything she does. Even on days that I have had to call in for an emergency appointment she’s happy to help me. Liz, the receptionist is so sweet, makes you feel welcomed and comfortable coming inside. Michele, one of Dr. Bakers dental hygienist is awesome, she’s funny, caring and just a wonderful person to be around. Who knew going to the dentist would be a fun experience?! Since I have found this office I am so confident in my smile. I wish I could say thank you to Dr. Baker and her team a million times!

Pam cleaned my teeth and took x-rays, she was wonderful and very detailed. Liz at the front desk was also exceptional-she scheduled appointments for me to have a root canal taken care of at a different office. Dr Baker was also very knowledgeable and helpful. My filling that she gave me didn’t even hurt.

I've been a patient of Dr, Stiebel and his staff for many years, and plan to be for many more! The new staff is kind, courteous & caring. I love Debbie, my hygienist, she is the one to see. She knows how sensitive my teeth are and she is extremely careful & gentle. The whole dental visit is on patient comfort and care. I feel as if I am treated like family when I enter the doors. I will not go anywhere else.

I went here for a cleaning recently. I have a huge fear of the dentist. Pam was so easy to talk to and very sweet. She took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Very thorough cleaning! Dr. Baker was also very nice and welcomed me without judgement. When I was finished, Liz at the front desk helped me check out, book another appointment and answer my insurance questions. Great job and I feel more comfortable going now!

I am an older guy and have had many dentists over the years, but none better than Dr Baker. She is an excellent dentist with a very knowledgeable and professional staff. I had my 6 month checkup today with hygienist Trish who is very meticulous and gentle—a pleasant experience.

I have just recently become a patient of Dr. Baker's after a friend referral. I am so glad I made the switch. She is such a caring Dentist, always taking time to make sure everything is okay. My hygienist, Trish, is so kind and she is gentle. My mouth is NOT in pain when I leave from a cleaning like it used to be at prior offices. She is absolutely wonderful. During any procedures, they always make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Baker and her office to anyone looking for a new Dentist!

I have been coming to this dental office for more than 35 years. The office is patient-centered and their expertise is excellent. I have never felt pain during a procedure and the work Dr. Stiebel and Dr. Baker perform is exacting and meticulous. If you need to be seen right away they always fit you in. Debbie, my hygienist, takes the time to explain and demonstrate how to best take care of my teeth and I always come away with new tips on how to care for my teeth and gums better than before with good results. The office has a family atmosphere and I always feel welcome.

If I could put more stars I would! We have been going to this Dentist for many, many years now, and although I am sad about Dr. Stiebel retiring, but am also so very pleased with his replacement, Dr. Christine Baker. She is absolutely so caring , kind and takes time to listen to you. Her staff is magnificient! Everyone there is so friendly and make you feel like family. Liz is one fantastic Office Manager. Can't say enough great things about this business. Love you all !!

Dr. Stiebel has been my dentist for almost 40 years. He, Dr. Baker, and their staff always treat us like family. Courtney and Trish are great with my kids. The service from Stiebel & Baker is great! I have been coming here for the last 10 years and I always feel like I’m part of the family when I come in. Both Dr. Stiebel and Dr. Baker are wonderful dentists. Dr. Stiebel has been my dentist for years and has played a significant role in teaching me how to prevent disease at a young age and to keep up good habits to maintain healthy teeth, gums, and a healthy mouth overall. My hygienist, Deb, is very sweet and thorough. She makes sure my teeth are completely cleaned and polished, while also taking time to answer any questions as well as to further explain good cleaning techniques and areas I should focus on. All of the front desk staff who take care of scheduling appointments are also very nice and quite helpful.

I have been going to Dr. Stiebel my entire life, which has to say something about how well him and the other staff perform their jobs. Him and Debbie, the friendliest dental hygienist you will ever meet, have been taking care of my smile for the past 20 years! My whole family goes there as well and we trust everyone with our whole hearts! Every visit gets better and better building different bonds with everyone in the office. If you are not sure on what Dentist to choose around the Stephens City area, I would highly recommend them over and over again!!

Dr. Stiebel has been my dentist for over 30 years. My mother started there before I was born and brought me into his practice when I was a child. Now my own children go to Dr. Stiebel's office as well as my 96-year-old grandmother. It is truly a family-friendly environment with caring and knowledgeable staff. Debbie has been my hygienist for as long as I can remember and is wonderful. The addition of Dr. Baker coming into the practice has been a positive change all around.

In particular, I appreciate Debbie's (Dental Hygienist) skill and personal care for my family and me. The atmosphere at Stiebel & Baker Dentistry is one of professionalism, a knowledgeable staff who are friendly and very capable in their roles. Debbie, my hygienist for many years will always be favorite for me. Additionally, Lauren, a dental assistant is a great asset there and very personable. Sue and Liz are quite welcoming and pleasant representatives of the office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Steibel’s for many years. I loved his practice so much that I brought my 4 year old daughter to the practice as well. We left her pediatric dentist and although I had hesitation, the transition for her was phenomenal. The staff was great and and she will be 18 in a few weeks. She still doesn’t mind going to the dentist. Not only does my daughter not mind going to the dentist, but I no longer do either, and haven’t for years. I always hated going to the dentist. But once I met Debbie, her smile and caring attitude changed all of that for me. She always takes time to ask about me and my family, look at family photos, Or just make small talk. Oh, and we talk about teeth some too. 😊 She is truly a great asset to a an already great establishment!
