Florida Blue Center - Fort Lauderdale

Jose Ballivian was so nice and so patient, answered all of my Husband and I's questions. We are filing together for the first time after starting our life together in the US. One of us is a citizen and the other a green card holder and we were confused on exactly how we should apply. Jose was wonderful! Thank you Jose!

I was very busy and forgot to get a new plan. So i came in on the last day of open enrollment to the center. Even though the center was very busy and their systems were crashing the staff was very polite/helpful. Ill never wait that long again to get health coverage but i know for a fact that I’ll visit the center. Great place.

Whenever I have an issue or need something for my policy this office and when I call in really do help me a lot. Everyone is nice an attentive. I had an issue with the Market Place, the rep helped my husband and I to straighten it all out! The main thing is for you, as the customer is to be nice & they'll do anything for you.

The customer service representative’s were excellent. The issue with my family coverage plan was handled by Jonathan Barlow, who was very professional and very informative. I appreciate their services would recommend them.

I’m so happy with the service I received at this center. The rep was so attentive, as soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted and even offered a bottle of water. I got my issues resolved in no time and was in and out quickly. Great customer service and great environment! I highly recommend this center!
