We have gone to Les Schwab for 2 urgent repairs, a cracked rim and metal to metal brakes we were assured 2 weeks prior by someone else still had a few thousand miles left. The team at the Thornton location took great care of us and even stayed much passed closing to get our brakes & a couple rotors done. We won’t go anywhere else! Rick n Brandi

The jeep was squealing while on my way into work brought it in first thing this morning tech say got a rock stuck in between the caliper and rotor. He checked everything over took out for a test drive and got me on my way. No charge nice to see shops that don't charge an arm and a leg for every little thing that comes up. And are still human Perfect service. I will be back for my next round of services. Thanks for an easy morning.

Had some work done 2 months before, did great work. Came in to see what the rattle was in my front end, Michael was able to diagnose the problem. 2 other mechanics I went to were unable to diagnose. Gave me some recommendations on where to go (it was out of their scope of work) and checked the work they had done previously. Efficient, knowledgeable and great service. Thanks Michael.

Absolutely Amazing service from the whole team. All 4 of my tires blown at 6 o clock when they close. They Came too me, picked me up and signed me up for financing drove me back to my car and put on 4 brand new tires less than hr. Best service

Love this Les Schwab. Their prices are always competitive and take care of any flat tires that can be patched for free. It’s also not as busy as Discount Tire which is also a huge plus to not have to wait all day to be helped. I will definitely be back!

Connor at this location was amazing. I roll in at 4:59 pm on a Saturday with a screw in my tire and a pretty good leak. Everyone else is locking up and ready to head home. He patched the tire and I was out of there in under 15 minutes. Above and beyond. I’m so very thankful.

They did my 3" front spacer, 2" rear add-a-leaf Lift on my Tacoma. Looks great and I mostly worked with Miguel who was great. The suspension team is very knowledgeable and professional. Will be back for the larger tire mount/balance soon.

Had a great experience today getting new tires! They were willing to work with me to work out a payment plan with some money down. I made an appointment and was in and out very quickly and the staff were very courteous and explained everything along the way. Highly recommended!

Got a flat tire on I-25, used some fix a flat, and ended having to put on the spare. Noticed a plug in the tire and took it back to Les Schwab. Husband was heated about the fix/plug noted in the tire. Jess was in the bay and listened to our concerns, said he would get it fixed. We went inside to give car information and asked for a manager-Andre. Andre said they would look at the tire and give us a call. About 15 mins later I got a call from Andre: the tire had no punctures, the patch/plug was a permanent repair. They put it under 50 PSI and could not detect a leak. They would check all 4 tires. Andrea and Jess were amazing! They held their cool and were very professional. Was also told not to use fix a flat as it can mess up the sensors-we won’t be using that again! Fast honest and (honestly) affordable work. Got two tire studs replaced for a fraction of what I expected to pay. Brandon took care of me and had me in and out in a half hour. Thank you so much

We buy all of our tires here. They warrant everything they sell. Best Pricing. Every month they fix a flat tire for us at no charge. They do a great job every time & are always very professional.

This place is seriously fabulous. The customer service is excellent. I’ve had a flat before and they fixed it with no charge and they didn’t try to sell me anything. So I thought I would go back and get a whole new set of tires and get my brakes checked. Miguel helped me find the best deal for the best tires after I told him what budget I had. He also had my brake pads checked and he didn’t try to oversell me for anything he said that they looked OK and that I should be good to go until I come in for my first tire rotation which is free with them if you buy tires. Miguel was seriously a breath of fresh air and I would suggest anyone to go there. You’ll be treated with respect and get a Great value.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Would recommend 10000/10. We called them frantically in a situation where we needed our tire patched on the way to our wedding they told us to stop by asap and we were fixed and out of there within 30 minutes maybe even less! Thank you so much again!

I stopped by after picking up my travel trailer from winter storage. I asked if they had nitrogen available for sale. I was informed that they didn't. But they checked and adjusted the pressure for free.

12/28/22- AM visit ..I went to get the air pressure checked on my van tires. A young gentleman named Daniel helped me out with my predicament. He stopped what he was doing to attend to me with an awesome attitude and smile!! He aired up all 4 tires and not once did he appear bothered or upset ... This particular visit was above and beyond what I expected!! Thank you so much Daniel!!!
