I recently visited this past week for my first time, it was such a wonderful experience. I didn’t catch the name of the fantastic salesperson, but they were very informative. From all the products to the knowledge to use them in a safe and effective way. I’m from St. Louis and I would certainly recommend visiting this store! They also have an online store as I was told by the wonderful salesperson!

All of the leather products are very well made and they’re also made in store so you know it’s coming from a great source. It was also mentioned to me that all the leather works from them have a lifetime warranty.

Next time I’m in Miami I will certainly be visiting again!✨

We really only came in to look around since we were in town, Paul ended up helping my husband and I with a new harness, shirts, bandanas and a few other things I probably shouldn't list in an online review. Staff is friendly and doesn't push you to purchase anything that doesn't fit, or you don't want. Doesn't matter if you are a pro or new to the leather community stop in and give Paul and the team chance to help you explore.

I recently visited LetherWerks with a friend to see what a adult shop is like for the first time. I was amazed by the selection available and the store was very clean. The staff, shoutout to Axel and Apex, were very helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated products I had questions about. Overall the best store experience I've had in awhile.

LeatherWerks had the item I wanted and delivery was faster than I expected. Last time I purchased the same item 30 years ago when at the time I ordered from now bankrupt Hanson Paddle company. LeatherWerks purchased that company. At the time delivery of products was 6-10 weeks time. What a difference this experience has been. I’ll definitely consider LeatherWerks again.

Kilo helped fit me for an item and he went above and beyond in making sure i had the right pieces and measurements to fit my body - AND he made sure I was comfortable during the fitting process. This is truly the best place in its category to shop in the south Florida area. Thank guys!!!

First time visiting the store today and had a wonderful experience shopping there. The gentleman working truly took his time to explain and show me how to use/wear the products I was interested in. Very friendly and professional environment. Great quality items for sale as well. I am glad I found this place and will be coming back at some point soon.

Great customer service, they make you feel welcome the second you enter. I purchased a harness and really appreciated the custom fitting & the fact they let me wear it around the store to get a feel.

I have never actually been to their store but what excellent service by mail order! As soon as I order I get an invoice, pay it, and shipping is usually done the same day!

Outstanding customer service. I needed help selecting a product but was afraid to ask. We were approached and offered some assistance without a pushy approach. The selection is good and the product I purchased fits just right! Very pleased!

The staff is always around to assist. Very knowledgeable. Great selection of items. They customized the leather harnesses to the very best fit for me. They weren't pushy and really wanted me to look good in what they suggested. The leather goods are really good quality. One garment I bought had a small defect and they corrected it at no charge. Very satisfied.

Super helpful and friendly staff. I needed help picking sizes and the guys were more than happy to help. I was about to purchase a pair of underwear but I was stopped by Ira, who noticed a TINY defect. they swapped it out for me and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will most definitely be back when I’m in the area.

I have yet to be to the main store, but their satellite store inside the Ramrod bar is great and the people working there are super helpful and knowledgeable. I have so far purchased a leather harness, leather shorts and matching leather studded collar and bracelet. I also got a great deal on a cap there for my spouse which he absolutely loves.
