Dr. Jalandhara saved the day for me. I'm deaf in one ear and had severe fluid buildup from a sinus infection in my other ear. Therefore, I literally could not hear anything. Dr. Jalandhara quickly went to work, removing wax and fluid, and I was back hearing in a matter of minutes. Dr. Jalandhara showed empathy and compassion to me during what was for me a very uncomfortable and scary situation, not being able to hear. The rest of the Centra team, from the gentleman at the front desk, the lady at check-in, and the nurse who helped me were all so very kind and compassionate. All of this, in a facility that is very clean and modern as well! The citizens of Danville are very fortunate to have this team of health care providers in our city.

Always excellent care and follow-up with test results. The staff are awesome and do a wonderful job.

The front staff are an amazing group of people. I’ve been going there over 2 years and never had any issues.
The Nurse Practitioners, Nursing staff, urgent care and Doctors have all treated me in a timely, courteous manor. Like most medical facilities over the past couple of years they’ve been overwhelmed at times but still managed to make it work. I’m grateful to everyone at this Centra location.

Came in to test for a new job and enjoyed the great customer service from Wanda. She did an amazing job and a great face of the organization !

My nurse Brenda and Christy were nice, kind, friendly and calming. Dr. Adams was awesome, very friendly and kind. Awesome experience and Shaunque the nice and friendly lady who checked us out. This place is wonderful and you don’t have to wait long. Thankful to have Centra Medical in Danville, Virginia!

Had go get stitches today in my knee. From the time I walked in, to the time I left i had nothing but great service. Dr. Alba was great and very informative. The nurses were also great and joked with me, unfortunately I didnt catch all of their names.

Centra urgent care is amazing. We always seem to get ill over holiday and Centra to the rescue! I went in that morning and was in/out within 30 mins. It's Easter and they are at work(I hate to bother anyone on a holiday), but it didn't stop them from being very nice and fast. I had to bring my son in later that day as well with similar symptoms as myself and was treated the same way. In/out in 30 mins. Great job staff and Dr. J & NP Michelle

My first visit was January 1, 2023. Every employee I encountered was nice and friendly. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. GREAT PLACE!!

Dr. John was awesome today. Everyone was wonderful. My daughter went in with nausea, awful upper stomach pain. They got her right back 3-5 minutes after they got her information. She had been to Sovah 3 times this month and no blood work or test were done only x-rays one with Sovah. Dr. JOHN listened and did every test he possibly could. All blood work numbers was elevated and he called Sovah to let them know what he thought was going and gave us results of every test he took. Sovah dropped her in ER for other life threatening issues. Ones back we meet surgeon who will operate ones numbers are good. With issue she has I am so glad we came and found someone who is wonderful at their job. Thank you.

They got me in fast so I had time to get to my appointment after. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

My PCP is here and I recommend it for regular practice as well as urgent care. My doctor actually listens, as compared to so many who don't really pay attention to what their patient says. You will get good care here.

This place was awesome. They took their time with me and listened to all of my problems and didn't "rush" me along. Dr. J was the best! He was very thorough and also listen to my problems did all the proper tests. I was there for 2 hours but the tests that I had done took time to get the results so I was out of there really fast considering. I highly recommend this urgent care facility

It takes time to get things rolling with Centra health. However' once things get going it's a great thing. I've really enjoyed talking to Jill when i make contact calls for appointments. and now I've had great success with great results.

I've always gotten great service and medical attention from Centra. Their building is beautiful and spotless. They have all services needed to avoid an emergency room visit. They also have people who work closely with the insurance companies and are on top of everything.

I experienced my first real Ashtma attack during the Christmas holidays, pretty much felt like I was on my way out of here and to be seen in the emergency room at SOVAH Health was a minimum of $500 plus whatever they charge you for being seen, knowing that I could not afford that and needing immediate help I decided to go to Centra Medical Center on Park Avenue. At the registration desk a lovely lady named Patricia signged me in and they took me directly back to be seen immediately. The first nurse that helped me, (a nice petite african american woman, I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) she saw the sense of urgency, she was amazing and quickly flagged down the Doctor. Another nurse named Meghan was constantly checking on me, and then there was Dr J., (wow just wow at the service provided on a saturday) let me tell you that these professionals worked on me faithfully and made sure that I was ok before they let me leave and when I left there I was breathing again!!!
God bless Centra Medical Center in Danville Virginia! I'm a believer.

Very clean, very kind and knowledgeable staff, very caring professionals. Sometimes the wait is long but hey, that happens anywhere. Highly recommended!!

COVID-19 makes getting medical care very difficult, but everyone was very pleasant, helpful, and considerate. Minimal wait to be seen. Hoping to feel better soon!

Very nice, very clean. Everyone was polite and professional. As far as urgent care goes, the wait wasn't bad at all.
