I had excellent service with the CVS on Riverside. The associate helped me from my purchases to checkout. She was carring, knowable, and beyond kind. She helped me save on my purchase with the discounts and coupons. I will always go to the CVS on Riverside. Service such as this is seldom found.

The CVS was closed on South Boston Rd as usual and I need my meds very bad so I tried the one on Riverside Dr. The people went out of their way to help me. If I don't change were I go I will be taking my business there

I like all CVS pharmacy that I have used. This particular pharmacy is very nice if you understand that if you are not on their auto-refill you have 1-hour to receive your refill.Its very easy to shop or look around for that long!,read one of their magazines!!!☺

The pharmacy technician was very nice, but the drive through window was atrocious to say the least! There is a plethora of spider webs with bugs in them that seems as if they have been there for quite some time! A little TLC is desperately needed ~ CLEAN YOUR DRIVE THRU WINDOW, please!

I would give a two but someone actually called me back about a medication. However, I should not have to call the front cashier workers and give them my name and number, to give to the pharmacy, so the pharmacy will call me back. I know someone cannot be at the phone lines 24/7 but great day, anytime I call, nobody answers the phone in the pharmacy!!!!!!!! Stop it! I have had to call about medications twice and it’s the same song and dance with nobody answering. Please, improve your workflow because your clients are suffering, hence your poor reviews. And btw, I work in medical field so yes, I know the struggle but I still take care of my patients appropriately, such as answering the phone.

Was told meds ready yesterday at 4 went to pick up today and it was not ready. had to wait . then was told they did not have change for a 100.00 .
