Western Sizzlin of Danville

Planned my mom's 75th birthday supper and decided to go to this Western Sizzlin. They were very accommodating to our group of 13+ and even setting up one long row of tables for us to all sit together in their Sunroom area. We were allowed to decorate lightly which was nice. We had the most amazing and attentive server, wish I could remember her name now, but couldn't be more thankful for her and her excellent top notch service. She knew what we needed before we even knew!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your hard work tonight. I really hope that you and the other staff there enjoy the cake I left behind for you all. Great food, good prices, a Danville tradition. The Steak and Shrimp was fantastic. The shrimp was fresh and crispy without being rubbery. The steak was a good cut, cooked to a perfect medium rare. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Great experience.

We were a large party of 18 and had four more join us at the last minute. This did not phase the staff one bit and the service that they gave us was amazing. I have the buffet and even though it was late in the evening, nothing ran out and everything tasted fresh like ilt had just been made. If you live in Danville or you are visiting then you want a good honest meal with great service. This is the place to go.

Some of our food on the buffet was cold, (green beans, roast, and the chicken strips)the selection was great, service was awesome. Prices were very reasonable.

Y'all, the buffet is BANGIN. The buffalo wings alone make it well worth the price. Plus everything else I tried there was delicious too. But those wings!!! Yes.

My only issue was that it is set up in a confusing way, and there wasn't really anyone to direct us at first. But other than that, I couldn't be more pleased!

I Western Sizzlin so much already. I MiSS THEIR BANANA PUDDING, BEEF TIPS WITH FRIES, 8OZ SIRLOIN STEAKS. Their prices were really good considering the price of things nowadays. You would always get your money's worth.

Very good honest waitress found my pouch I'd left. It had some cash and all my cards in it. I gave the honest waitress a true THSNK YOU for not taking my money.

We love the steak and salad bar here. Always great fried chicken at the buffet. Reasonable price for the amount of selections available. Wonderful desserts!

I was pleasantly surprised at how dang good this food was! Ate there today for lunch with my mom, and everything was fantastic! Everything on the buffet was very fresh. Salad bar was great! Hot bar was great as well, from the fried chicken, roast beef, meatloaf, to all of the various veggies, we ate until we couldn't hold anymore lol.

As of 6/13/2023, lunch buffet price was $10.49 for adults and $9.49 for seniors age 62+.

We will definitely be back again. The server was great to top it all off 😀

The food is delicious. Especially the pie. Something for everyone at this buffet. Staff is super friendly, and I love the fish tank.

Very on top friendly service, food is very fresh and delicious, very fair on price, and love the different choices they have to choose from!!

I was thrilled to find this Western Sizzlin when I was in Virginia recently.
Used to go to the mall the time when I lived in Florida.
The buffet had anything that you could think of and everything I tried was delicious.
My server was pleasant and attentive. Restaurant was very clean. Large parking lot.
Can't wait to go back.Hope this one never closes.

The food was good and quick service. Had a variety of items on the buffet and several desserts to chose from.

I havent eaten at a WS since I was a teenager. The food was delicious, the wait staff was awesome and the kitchen staff kept the buffet fully stocked. Excellent restaurant. We will definitely be back!

I love eating here every time I'm in town. I wish they would buy/serve better tasting lemon meringue pie. The quality is not good but everything else is tasty. Ooh, they could change the cheese used in the macaroni. That's the only thing I don't eat or enjoy.

Food was delicious, price was decent. The service was amazing.

I'ma tell you what, this place most likely THE best restaurants in Danville because of the food was amazing. hot food and salad bar that was kept fresh and hot. Yes was outstanding

The food is delicious. The yeast rolls and fried chicken are the restaurant stars. I have never been disappointed at this restaurant.
