In Fort Lauderdale for work and found an amazing gym in walking distance from the hotel. As a powerlifter, it’s difficult to travel while in a training block, but this gym literally had it all. I just paid the drop in fee online and was contacted by the owner (Tony) shortly after to book a time for waiver signature and short gym tour, which was very much appreciated because walking into gyms for the first time can be intimidating.

Hands down best gym I’ve been to in my travels. Hit it up!

Reset has all of the equipment I have been looking for such as tires, battle ropes and sleds and an area for boxing they have every thing my previous gym lacked and the atmosphere and equipment is exactly what I needed Because this equipment allows me to see my real strength and also they have a monkey bar this place is like an adult playground and the coaches are very attentive and they explained how to work the equipment without me asking and that is very excellent customer service

Tony has been my coach now for just over a year. It was by far one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. 5 years ago I suffered a back injury that would flare up every single time I got to certain weights. I would back off, lower them and feel the pain again once I got to a certain point. This cycle continued for 4 years before I was recommended to Tony by a friend. After a consultation I signed up for just a month of coaching to see if he could truly help me with the discomfort I felt for years where previous trainers had failed. Within this short time, with his guidance and precise eye for detail, I noticed not only less pain but I was getting stronger and more effective at my lifts. I haven’t looked back since. The constant weekly flare ups which were a 9/10 before have turned into a once in a blue moon occurrence. And on the rare occasions I do feel the discomfort, it is significantly less than what I felt previously. This is a man who truly cares for the goals/health of EVERY SINGLE PERSON that steps foot into his gym. It doesn’t matter if you’re a member or just there for a day pass. He wants you to succeed and stay healthy while doing it.

Let's start with I have had back pain for more than 10 years(3-5 on the pain scale daily) I have been to many different doctors with little to no relief. I have tried chiropractors, done epidurals(for years) and regular docs... with no long term relief. The pain kept me out of the gym for most of the 10 plus years. I was referred to Tony for treatment several years ago. (When you are in constant pain you will try anything to be pain free, or close to it) So my journey started with Tony. Over the course of about a year, he treated me with ART and taught me exercises in his gym that has changed my life. I am currently 90%pain free on a daily bases and back in the gym working out. My life has completely changed for the better. I have lost about 30lbs and I can now walk my dogs without any issues. If you give Tony a chance...... it is worth every penny!!!!!

Hands down the best powerlifting gym in Fort Lauderdale, if you’re looking for a real gym with quality equipments this is that gym . Key entry gym , open 365 and stays open late . If there is any issues with the equipment the owner Tony has the problem fixed immediately. Although this is a strength training gym , the trainers are there to help with anyone who is new so you never feel uncomfortable. Again this gym is a serious powerlifting strength training facility. The deadlift areas and the squat racks are all clean and really the best quality I’ve seen . I highly recommend coming here and see it for yourself.

Fantastic old school style feeling while having any kind of specialty bar, kg/lb plates, and accessory machine you could think of! As well, the first impression of the owner Tony is he’s crazy passionate about the facility he’s built and will do anything to make your experience comforting. This will be my visit gym anytime I’m in Ft. Lauderdale!

I had lower back pain for over 10 years due to my kyphosis and working in the restaurant business all my life. After learning some stretches and exercise from Tony, I haven't had pain, AT ALL, in almost a year. I really appreciated how the trainers would humbly offer to help each other's clients with no ego or pride involved.

Tony is a great host. Made sure I had everything I needed. This gym has everything a competitive powerlifter needs. So glad I stumbled upon this gym on vacation! Will definitely be back

This place is a MUST for anyone that takes their training seriously and is a must for those that want to be in a positive training environment. Tony is an extremely knowledgeable and great person that wants to give back to the community. Tony being someone who competes in powerlifting as well as many others in the Fort Lauderdale area knows how important it is to be in a positive training environment for growth with people that not only want to get better, but want to help the person next to them along the way. I live two hours away from this gym and it was well worth the drive when I trained there a few days ago. Amazing gym, great training equipment, and even better people. Highly recommend this gym to everybody!

Been training here for a few month and honestly this gym really elevated my whole training to the next level . From top notch powerlifting equipment , to an amazing set of staff members who are always willing yo help out . Not only did I built a better relationship with the gym , but made bonds with so many people. With a place like this , you wouldn’t want to skip the gym

Bigger than it appears from the outside. Good vibe with all the equipment you need. Owner was easy to work with and understandably proud of his gym.

Tony Rodgers has one of the best gyms in the state of Florida. He is knowledgeable and friendly and has everything you can ever need for Bodybuilding, Strongman, Crossfit and Powerlifting. If you want to excel in fitness and health, this is the place to go!

Incredible hardcore strength and conditioning gym. If LA fitness makes you vomit, this is your spot. We dropped in mid day and it was empty other than a couple friendly guys who showed us where everything is. They have every specialty bar you can ask for plus an outdoor area to do strongman stuff. I’ll be back whenever I’m in Fort Lauderdale

OMG!!! This gym is fantastic!
It has incredible equipment, everything a body builder could want.
I was able to exercise after my flight to Houston was canceled thanks to Tony, who was quite pleasant.

Great gym! Tony is a wealth of knowledge and the positive energy here is infectious. The personal trainers and members are uplifting, supportive and just downright good humans.

Visiting from out of town for the weekend and wanted to get a lift in. Tony made my buddy and I feel like regulars as soon as we walked through the door. The equipment was out of this world. Everyone was super nice too, seemed like a great community to be a part of. Extremely affordable too, even just as a walk-in for the day!!

I got invited to train at this gym, and aside from what I’m used to, I loved the fact that all equipment is available at all times and the environment is super friendly! Definitely would go out of my to train here even though is a bit far for me :)

This is such a great place with an incredibly friendly ambience! Never packed and with all the machines needed to get you where you want.

The team is friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did they help me get on track of my physical goal, but they taught me everything I needed to work out and make progress on my own.

Best gym I've ever been in. They have a lot of machines and devices that you can't find anywhere else, as well as your standard dumbbells, barbells, etc. I hurt my lower back while moving furniture, and the GHD, reverse hyper, and belt squat machine allow me to sleep at night without pain. The cambered Swiss bar allows me to rep out two plates on bench press without soreness in my shoulders. Plenty of space, too.
