Lenny's Restaurant

From the first time I came to CB as a visitor, I fell in love with Lenny's.
It's definitely loved by locals, but as a "come here" I always felt welcome.
Food is great and inexpensive, I typically go there for breakfast, but their crab soup is amazing too!
Although small, the place is very kid friendly
10/10 - recommend

We drove almost 90 minutes to Lenny's, and it was worth every second! I had the mushroom and cheese burger, and I'm telling you the truth that I think it was the best burger I've ever had! Our server was Megan, and she went above and beyond regular service. We went at 10 am for brunch, and it didn't bother them that we stayed to chat for 2 hrs. When we left the crowd was just coming in, so might be a good idea to check online for the best time to go, if time is an issue for you. Thanks Lenny's for a wonderful lunch!

Nice little place to grab some good food. I tried the fish sandwich and loaded potato tots. Hands down the best loaded potatoes I've had in a long time. They are a must try. Waitress was friendly ,super nice . Restaurant was clean and easy to find parking.

This was a cute hopping spot very busy but they get us a table. Are server was nice I don't remember her name. For was good.

This was the best food I have had in a long! Everything was great! I cannot wait to go back it was so good it was better than any restaurant I've been to in a long time I highly recommend it!

The food was good and so was the service. I had the fish and chips, and my wife had the mushroom Swiss burger. Both were very good.

I came in for the first time to pick up a to-go order for my mom. She said the sausage gravy and biscuits were delicious as were the eggs. Very quaint atmosphere, it made me wish I was able to stay for a sit down breakfast but I had to bring my mom her food and get to work. The girl on the phone who took my order was also the girl who greeted me and brought my order to me and she was very pleasant.

Food was fantastic and service was wonderful. It was breakfast that we enjoyed. Other people's lunch looked delicious so we will definitely go back to try something different.

The whole experience was GREAT, GREAT food, our server was beyond EXCELLENT, and even brought my dad's glasses out to us after he left them at the table!!!!

I had the ribeye and egg breakfast with side of toast and grits and it was delectable all except I feel like there was some pre cooking or posts analyzing not freshly cooked down steak but for the bargain can't beat it

I've been to Lenny's many times and have never been disappointed by the food or service. They're a staple in Colonial Beach that has not fallen away, even through the pandemic. Their breakfast is delicious and has many options at many different price points, hearty and healthy. Service is always quick despite the busy morning rush, and friendly and accommodating.

The dining room is small and the seating arrangement is tight, but it adds to the homey feel of a small town diner. Waits on a table are reasonable when they're busy, but they also accept window orders to go for dining elsewhere.

We've always enjoyed going here. I grew up going here when Brandy's parents owned it! We love small family run diners and such! Awesome food and service!

Amazing little restaurant! My boyfriend and I are from out of state and came to town to see the ocean and get some Sun. Lenny’s came up in our suggested and WOW. Great portions, great prices, and even better service. Would stop by again and again if I didn’t live hours away!

We love an hour away from Lenny's & it's always worth the trip. The she-crab soup is the best I've ever tasted - and I've had it in many places & states. French fries are always cooked just right. I don't care for hamburgers but have had them at Lenny's & love them.

Wonderful quaint place, with a locals vibe. Portions are standard, quality of food is great, and service was on point.

The only reason I rated this five stars is that Google doesn't have six!

Lenny's is a beach community restaurant that more than compensates for basic atmosphere with outstanding food, service, and value.

This is our new go-to for breakfast in Colonial Beach.

No wonder the locals love it! Great food and people, charming place. You can tell they put passion into their food and take pleasure in seeing people enjoy it.

Always been one of my favorite breakfast places and now they have this amazing breakfast bowl. Only $8 and just delicious. Home fries, eggs, bacon, gravy, cheese, and a biscuit on the side. Our waiter was great today, too.
