Bojangles

Absolutely the best bacon, egg, cheese biscuit that I've had in quite a while. The bacon was crispy and present, and the egg was perfection! The Bo rounds (hash rounds) were crispy and not greasy at all. My husband had the Cajun Chicken Filet and loved it. On a HOT scale of 1 to 10, it's only a 5. The cashier was pleasant and made certain that my order was correct.

Great location! Lady (didn’t catch her name) behind the counter was welcoming and patient while my wife (who had never been) decided what she wanted. Food was perfect and biscuits were really fresh. Everything was really clean as well. Definitely coming back soon.

On our way to Jacksonville, Florida and decided to pick-up breakfast here. We walked in through the convenience store and was greeted immediately. We ordered 2 chicken biscuit meals to go. We waited about 5 minutes for our food and received fast and friendly service with no issues. Food was hot and fresh.

I'm a truck driver from Chicago and was laid over for a day in Jacksonville. I stayed at a Loves (#761 Brandy Branch) and decided to go try Bojangles for the first time. I wasn't sure what they had, so I asked the gentleman taking my order about some menu items. He was very courteous and helpful. I ended up getting their version of chicken tenders. He was kind enough to throw down a fresh batch for me and informed me that it would be about a 5 minute wait.
The whole staff was very friendly (not only to me) and hardworking.
My order was ready quickly. I took it back to my truck to eat. It was hot and cooked well, (and I would say she picked out the best pieces for me). Came with biscuits and honey! The breading has a hint of spice to it, which I didn't mind. Gets hotter the more you eat.... but you can cool down with the honey on the biscuits. Incidentally, the biscuits were out of this world.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

The first time my Fiance and I ever went to Bojangles. I got Leg,Thigh, Mash Potatoes,Cole Slaw , Biscuit. He Got Grill Chicken Sandwich. Both Our Meals We're Good.

Biscuits always buttery and flaky, chicken is always fresh , juicy and hot 🥵 and sometimes you get an extra biscuit

Food was good. Service was great and fast. They handed me my order as soon as I paid. Great customer service from all the employees.

Always fresh, always clean. Pleasant and smiling employees. The best chicken served here. I love good food and never question the price, however, Bojangles offers top quality food at very reasonable prices. Try a Bojangles Bisquit, you will come in for another one.

Positive experience across the board! Zia was friendly and efficiently took our order. Dining area was clean. Order was hot and correct. This Bojangles has struggled getting back on track since Covid. Definitely heading in the right direction. We'll be back on our next trip.

Their service was over the top 110%. Bojangles is kinda new to me. We do not have them where I am from. Cashier gave me some good ideas have. I had a very good fulfilling meal. Everybody working was really friendly, helpful and fun. Made me feel at home away from home. I make it home every 6 to 10 weeks. I drove all the way from Iowa to eat here. I visited this location on Mother's day and despite being understaffed, the crew were all smiles and very polite. The food was fantastic and delicious as always. I appreciate all the workers who came in on this beautiful Mother's day to provide us with great customer service. You are APPRECIATED!

We were very impressed with the quality of customer service we received. I didn't get her name but the lady that took our order was amazing! All of the people we interacted with were very courteous. In the store as well as the restaurant. We will definitely be back and recommend to everyone we can.

Shelly and Amy at the counter were extremely professional and had timely service. The kitchen was equally as impressive.

Good afternoon folks, December 5th 2021 time is 1733, Bojangles here inside Love's Travel station, very very nice people here. Come in and get you some fried chicken, homemade biscuits from scratch, they have mashed potatoes and gravy, they have Cajun pintos, green beans, delicious sweet tea. And they don't take a lot out of your wallet neither. 5 gold stars for these people oh, and the nicest people you can talk to hear even as customers and employees. Tables need cleaning. Food was hot. Lady at register could use some customer service training. Excellent customer service training the second time around

It was an amazing surprise to stop here and find they have healthy items on their menu. The chicken was great and LOVE all the options for sides. The staff was so friendly and helpful!! They were even nice to our pooch!! Great customer service!

This is the best location I know of. They stay busy so the food stays fresh. Even if I'm not hungry I'll stop here just to get a order of fries
