10/10 would recommend !!! is great the was food was top tier and our waitress Christina was the best of help, very kind and didn’t have us waiting at all. if you every come to dave&busters and you’re ordering food look for christina!!!

The atmosphere was great but the long wait time for service was horrible. Once you place your order the food is ready and served. Just need more wait staff or just allow us to place our own kiosk order. Ordered 2 salads that should have had avocados no avocados were included.

Friendly staff and good location just don't accidently turn your tickets to tokens because they can't help you get them back. tokens aren't for arcade games, they're for betting on sports. Chips are for arcade. We lost 1,700 of our tickets 😿

A great place for food, drinks and arcade games! The nachos were very good and came in a big portion enough for us to share. So many different arcade games here that there’s something for everyone! Get a Dave & Buster’s game card and start racking up points to redeem for cool prizes! Lots of different food, drink and game specials going on daily! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Prices were reasonable but even better when grouped with game credits! I definitely recommend visiting here for the games and the food!

Dave & Buster's already boasts a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere, but my recent visit was elevated by the outstanding service provided by our waitress, Melanie. From the moment we sat down, her warm demeanor and attentive nature made us feel right at home. The highlight of the meal was the delectable burger, cooked to perfection, accompanied by crispy, golden fries. Every bite was a testament to the kitchen's prowess, but Melanie's exceptional service made the meal truly memorable. It's experiences like these that make me eager to return.

I love this place there’s all type of fun for kids and adults they all can come over and have the best time ever i come here often specially on happy hour

What can we say it’s awesome the food delicious our waiter was outstanding I said waiters, because there was like 15 of us. We enjoyed it. Food is a bit pricey, but it’s worth it.

My family and I visited this location on Sunday, 2/4/24. A week prior to our visit I reached out via email/phone with an events coordinator (Steve, I believe his name was) to advise my party consist of 25-30 people (who all showed up) and we wanted to eat and play as we were celebrating my birthday. I was advised I didn’t need to book a private room or a reservation we could just show up at the time I indicated and we would be taken care of. I reached out in advance to avoid overwhelming the staff that would be present that day. When we arrived the staff had no idea we were coming and did not have space for us until at least 15-20 minutes after our arrival, I was apologetic to the staff because I called in advance to avoid my guest being inconvenienced. To my surprise the staff worked as quickly as possible to seat us, they opened a private area for my guest and reassured us we’d have the entire area and a server would be over, we waited about 15-20 minutes for our server as no one was assigned to the area for it being closed, it was only one young lady who did her best to serve us as quickly and diligently as possible. Our food came out timely & hot our drinks were served in a reasonable amount of time. Our waiter made sure to communicate with us with updates on our food and kept checking on us as more people arrived after the initial order had been submitted. Our hostess, waiter and the manager who’s name I can’t remember it started with a R but wasn’t Raul- it had more syllables (if the gentleman reads this he’ll know who I’m talking about) anyway they were all fantastic. Each of them deserve special mention for the customer service they provided making our experience great. Our hostess I can’t remember her name but I think her name tag said “Reader” she told us her actual name I just forgot. After eating most of us went into the arcade the manager mentioned above was helpful in accommodating us with game cards for the kids, he gave us a great deal. I’d 100% return to this establishment because of the service provided at our visit. Another thing I wanted to mention with us we had my aunt who needed to be close to a restroom, the staff accommodated her by opening a restroom closer to where we were sitting as she is unable to walk long distances. I thought that was very kind and thoughtful. I appreciated that all of my guest were fed, we played our drinks ordered from the bar were great. I have nothing negative to say about our day there only that when people call a week in advance- it may be wise to let the front desk staff know to avoid confusion and stress on them and the guest.

Definitely the kind of place to come back to! My family and I always have fun and enjoy the food and fine atmosphere. The arcades are awesome 👍😁

I had my birthday party at Dave & Buster's in Hollywood, Florida, and it was awesome! Johanica, Jaime, and Jeff were super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. They were very accommodating, handling our group of 10 without any problems, and were really professional throughout the whole evening. Thanks to them, my birthday was a blast, and everyone had a great time. I definitely recommend having your party here if you want a fun and worry-free celebration! Thanks again to Johanica, Jaime, and Jeff for making my day special!

Must come here on Wednesday. 50% all games. Great deal. $30.00 will get hours of gameplay. Customer service was great, both manager and bartender were friendly. App had issues but was quickly resolved by team members. All I can say is, I got the jellyfish

We were in town with a 7 yr old for a family event and needed to find a way to break up the monotony. We decided on our last day to check out Dave and Busters. We paid for $50 worth of play. It gave us about an hour of play. We had so much fun! The place was packed but there are enough games that you don't find yourself waiting to play. We can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there. One thing I noticed is all the running around the kids do. They were bumping into one another. One little girl was knocked unconscious (I'm dead serious) and another little boy hurt his head. The staff need to do a better job with safety.

Great steak salad bar tender was very sharp and courteous. Definitely a good choice to have a nice time.

Friendly service, and delicious seasonal drinks. Lots of new menu items that are quite good as well. Our server Christina was so friendly and cheerful!

We had Christina as our Waitress and she was fantastic! Great atmosphere overall with awesome newer video games. Food was also great.

My mom introduced me to Dave and Buster's as a child in the late 2000's. I loved coming here because of the wide variety of games in the arcade, great food, and the combination of an excellent place for kids and adults. After creating several memories with my family, I had to come back and enjoy myself again. Even after a seven-year hiatus from here, everything was still adequately maintained and presentable. The workers were welcoming, and the dining area and arcade were upgraded. I highly recommend coming here to enjoy yourself.

food is amazing,all the games are in service and working. big acarde and pool tables area. our server was christina is she was top tier! her service was definitely a 10/10.

Manager and the staff were superb!!! Weather made us move our graduation pool party indoors and D&B was the perfect spot! They had our tables, ptovided stellar service, price and quality going in and they did not disappoint!!! Highly recommend this D&B!!!

The arcade was packed with so many games. It also didn't smell horrible and had a nice smell, and seemed to be relatively clean when i was there. food was average and took a bit to get delivered. The redeeming section was a bit sold out of their items though so i wish they'd restock but yeah, other than that it was good
