One to One Physical Therapy & Aquatics

I took my father to therapy today, and for the first time in months, he was feeling and looking better. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. Thanks Jay and Sean for your excellent work ! God bless you

1 to 1 physical therapy is the best mythrapist Peter has worked with me since day one. My issue is rotator cuff impingement and tear of which is a long recovery period and extremely painful to endure by not having surgery. This person is a strong leader and very knowledgeable in multiple techniques, he definitely is a major credit to the organization he works for. He goes above service with his patients and very empathetic to each one individually as a true respectful professional. I encourage the organization to give special recognition to him for his fine works and achievements. He deserves true promotions for his services to you. Thank you for having him be assigned to me in my therapy recovery.

Here is an update now that I’ve gone to one to one physical therapy for a few months. This is by far the best physical therapy place I have ever gone to, from the wonderful therapists (Peter) and assistants who really care about how you feel, to the always polite and warm welcoming Jasmine (the one with the glasses) at the front desk!

Therapists did an amazing job with my rehab after ruptured quadriceps. Can't thank them enough for their attention of my goals back to healthy life style.

I got prescribed Occupational therapy for my adhesive capsulitis in my shoulder. After only a few visits working with Megan I felt a lot of my pain relief subside and was finally able to use my shoulder more. She was extremely knowledgeable and empathic. love the one on one treatments where the therapist stays with you and only you during the whole treatment session.
I would highly recommend this place!

Doctor Peter Benjamin was able to help me turn my neck very quickly and was able to help alleviate my pain in just a few sessions! I'm very happy with him and the team :)

Went to workshop then started therapy my shoulder pain was eliminated after 2nd session and only had to do therapy for half the time they originally thought it would take. Sean was a great Therapist. If in need in the future wouldn't go any other place

Sean did an excellent job helping me. He was patient and very qualified. I am glad I was in his hands. I will recover and I hope not to come back, but if I have a problem I would come back to One to One provided that I get Sean.

Such a nice group of people and therapists - really put the patients needs first. The One on one treatment is wonderful and hard to find in clinics now a days. Love this place. Would highly recommend.

Really like this PT group. Same person for your therapy sessions. They take care of one patient at a time. Staff friendly and welcoming. Doesn’t compare to other PT groups I have been to. I love it

One to One Physical therapy of Delray Beach gets my highest recommendations. Caring, friendly and highly competent professionals distinguish this organization from the others . From treatment for a fall I suffered a year ago, to my post surgical recovery from a full hip replacement, Dorothy, Courtney, and Scott have relieved my pain and hastened my recovery as I couldn't have imagined!

Sean is the best physical therapist I’ve ever went to. He is really great and how I came in to how I am now is unbelievable!

I’ve used Sean before. He has exceeded in every aspect of physical therapy and far excels in perfection. I highly recommend him absolutely.

Finally a therapist who knows trigger point release and myofacia release. Jen has magical hands and explained the inter related dysfunction when injury occurs and she gave exercises specific to MY issues. 5 stars for sure.

Great therapists. You can use their facility or have them come to your home. They are focused on client needs and very knowledgeable.

What an amazing and educated and professional staff they have Made my life journey that much better my favorite is Megan from the ot department. And there are too many others to mention at this time

Everyone is friendly but professional. The therapy is excellent and staff is very accommodating with appointments.
