What an amazing place! I’m surely not taking my car back to the dealership, after an awful experience at Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale I researched a reputable mechanic and found Prestige. Decided to give it a shot, and boy was I glad! Impeccable service, follow up every step of the way, detailed inspection and report, affordable price! Surely going back and referring to friends!

"Prestige," a business, aptly named as far as my own experience informs me, as it definitely earned my respect and admiration for the excellent and high quality service rendered to me and for my BMW. Based upon that success I would recommend Prestige without doubt.

In a nutshell: "Before" arriving at Prestige, I had taken the vehicle to be serviced to two auto repair shops. One was supposed to replace the left rear wheel bearing which may have been the cause of a non-stop high pitched winning noise. After the wheel bearing service was performed, I found could hear that the noise remained as it has been. The same shop's mechanic had written in their inspection that the noise sounded as if the differential could be the reason and provided a quote to explore whether it was or not. Instead, I took it to a second shop for its' opinion. The head man there examined and drove the vehicle and concluded the noise was being caused by a bad differential and needed to be replaced. Price? In excess of $5,000. (I've intentionally omitted the names of the two shops since that's not the point of this review).

After a friend suggested Prestige and having read the reviews, I decided I'd call in and discuss the matter with the appropriate person. I spoke with Senior Advisor Eloy, who ended up walking the vehicle and ,I through the entire process, and he did so with the knowledge, efficiency and speed that I appreciated very much. Top man. The communication as to any questions I had, auto-text updates as to what had been accomplished with the vehicle's service, and any other matter that arose were quickly addressed by either Eloy or Karin, who managed the front and phone inquiries with great alacrity. Alex T., is the technician that put my vehicle back in order, and ultimately determined that the wheel bearing in the left rear of my vehicle had not been previously replaced (turns out that the first shop had erroneously replaced the front RIGHT wheel bearing) and once Alex replaced the left rear wheel bearing, the noise was and is TOTALLY GONE! As to the $5000 plus differential? Alex determined it had nothing to do with the noise, and to be sure verified the differential was in good working order, and did so on the house. Lastly, much thanks to Craig, the service manager, who manages to orchestrate the delivery terrific service to people like myself.

I've been using Prestige for all service on our Porsche Cayenne and Mercedes S63 Coupe for years.
Hourly rates are significantly lower than dealers and any work under original or extended warranties are incorporated into the final net cost, just like through dealer service work.
All requested work, along with recommended work based upon a standard (and free) Inspection report, is quickly provided both by email and text for my review and authorization electronically or after a phone call with Craig.
Communications and updates are excellent, again via texts and emails ,so I'm kept informed during the repairs including when required parts arrive, typically the same or next day.
Bottom line: Prestige is both excellent value and great customer service.

So I been coming to this place since I moved from New York and it is super professional . I felt safe here being a girl that is even bmw tries to oversell but not these guys . They tell you what you need done and the priority you would need it done at. They have free coffee water and a comfy lounge as you wait for your vehicle. The best part is the complimentary Uber ride home and they also provide loaners

Highly recommended !!! came here to service my wife’s GLE Mercedes after the stealership quoted me 6K for a B service , Prestige quoted me close to $500 and they recommended I change the spark plugs and even with those quotes it was still way cheaper than the dealership. if you want good honest work, definitely come here.

They did a great job on my car. It was a big job so they were very reasonable on price, ended up being about half of what I would've paid at the dealer. Texted me updates on parts and when my car would be ready. I've had it back over a week now and it runs great.

Prestige European Auto Repair was highly recommended to service my Range Rover and I Must say that my experience very much exceeded my expectations. All car dealerships should learn to provide such a high level of customer interaction and satisfaction.

Excellent and professional service. Quick, efficient and they honor the time they give you. Used to take my car to Pompano Mercedes dealer and last time I dropped my car with Mercedes at 7am Monday and they didn’t even LOOK at my car until Tuesday afternoon

I came in because I was thought I damaged my side runners. Ryan immediately looked at my car and realized work was not needed. He fixed the problem in seconds and didn’t charge. Fantastic service at a fraction of the price! So much more convenient than the dealership and more affordable they gave me great customer service and schedule an appointment was easy. Eloy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I was even able to get a four-year maintenance plan on my 2024 Mercedes Saving me substantially over servicing at the dealership.

Very pleasant 1st time experience. No issues with my BMW, very smooth transition. Great service. They provided the rental as part of their service. I was taken to pick up the rental, which was provided by Prestige. It made the process so much better. I highly recommend using their services if you are not sure where to go. Prior to choosing Prestige, I heard only good things. They definitely live up to their great reputation. I finally found a good home for my car (other than the dealer) that will take care of my car, with the same great service as if they were the dealership…

My experience at Prestige was top notch! The Service Advisor, Chris Arrington handled an odd issue that required coordination with BMW and his team to get my problem solved. He kept me informed throughout the process and to completion.
