SEPHORA inside JCPenney

All of the cart was in use so it was holding items and the staff was very slow in the back at the check out counter I
was parked in the back .

The salesperson was very helpful as she went through various areas looking for one lip gloss I needed for a gift. She was confident in recommending another option since the first option wasn't there. The individual I bought the gift for was highly appreciative of the choice.

I have to brag about one of the beauty consultant’s I met at this location named Ashley! She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that I found all the products I needed and that I was 100% satisfied before leaving the store. She was very knowledgeable about the products I wanted and was friendly as soon as I stepped foot inside. Will absolutely be back to this store to see her! Thanks again Ashley:)

Ashley was amazing. She helped me find a foundation that matched my skin color in this crazy time where you can’t fry anything in. She took her time to walk me through the store to find something that suited me. Great service and products.

Two very nice people working in there, a great cosmetic site! The best fragrances, awesome facial supplies and greasy makeup utensils. It's a smaller sephora being inside Jcpenney but it offers a great selection! Some is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!

I love coming to visit Sephora to learn about the new and old products... This Sephora has stepped up their game from previous years. I can stay in the store for hours just learning.

As a crossdresser, I was nervous but need help knowing what to buy. Madison was AMAZING! She didn’t bat an eye at me being a man. She took her time and taught me what she was using and how to use it...and even filled my little basket with the items I needed. When we were done I didn’t want to leave! She was a complete pleasure to be around!

Customer service and friendliness is far beyond superior. In a world lacking customer service nowadays Ronni and Maddi were two of the friendliest helpful people I have had the opportunity of coming accross. They have a customer for life.

Sephora in JCPenney at the Daytona mall is my absolute favorite ! They have all the brands I love ! The whole team assisted me, and made me feel like royalty. They helped me to choose the proper make up for my skin type ! I will drive hours just to visit the team in Volusia ! I absolutely love Sephora! Thank you so much to the entire team! The young blk gentleman did my make-up & i was grateful...very polight & professional with a sense of humor. They dont make it easy to right reviews for PEOPLE . they tell you to go to the receipt & survey but by timw you get homw its wrinkled & the words have faded & names are forgotten. Find a better way to give good reviews please i dont need homework just to tell someone that they did a good job.
