As someone who works at a power sports dealership, I have a high level of expectations when it comes to customer service and common courtesy. After contacting a few dealers in the area looking for more information on purchasing a Honda Civic, I was finally helped by Chris Damico. He was able to answer all of my questions and followed up with me quickly and efficiently with all the information I requested. I offered a more than fair price. The whole process was pleasant and I would recommend Chris and Holman automotive group to anyone looking to deal with true professionals.

Received great service from Shawn from start to finish. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone to them for repairs. He was able to get it done same day for me and even finished earlier than expected since I have a family emergency I have to leave the state for. Thanks Shawn.

My daughter bought an extended warranty for over $2,000 at a Holman dealership that they eventually sold. Even while it was still open they refused to give us the information that we needed to file a claim when something went wrong. She needed to have the car towed and to have repair work done a couple of months ago but because we didn't have a policy number or any way of identifying we ended up having to pay about $500 for repairs and about $60 for towing. I called their headquarters in Fort Lauderdale to get the info we needed to collect on that repair and for future problems that might occur. I kept speaking to people that couldn't help us and still don't have a policy number or a card to show when we need it. That is after buying 6 or 7 cars from that dealership. They don't care at all about the situation and I won't think about any of their locations next time we need a car. We are out that money and will be forced to spend more in the future for possible repairs.

I thought it was interesting to find out that the Lincoln dealer in Pompano thinks that a 2014 BMW M235i that cost $52,000 new April 30 2014 is now (11/3/2016) worth only $27,000. With only 14,000 miles. So much for the value of the BMW brand -- and Lincoln - Pompano is a Holman-owned dealership!

They have a great script on customer service but the BMW service is the worst.
