We have had a problem that we have been working on for over 2 years using many plumbers to no avail. We contacted Terry's and they sent over Joe to look at our problem. First and foremost the professionalism that Joe showed up with was impeccable. He listened intently at our problem and guaranteed that he could fix the problem. Sure enough by the time he left, our problem of two years and multiple professionals was fixed. I can't recommend more highly a plumbing outfit than Terry's and when they show up if your lucky enough to find Joe at your door you'll know your troubles are going to soon be gone.

I just moved into a new home and had to have them come out to change out the faucetry in the bathrooms I was upgrading from the standard builders fixtures. They showed up on time, called before, left everything clean. Call them to get it done right the first time.

Have used them many times & have always have great service. The tech was very good and explained everything. Thought the estimate was high to fix a toilet but he explained it was because the toilet was a Kohler.

My husband found them off Google the plumber came out and told us for him to unclog it it would be $325 so my husband said ok. The plumber went on the roof ran a snake then came inside and took the toilet apart and said it was something stuck in there. And he ranned a snake inside the house. Now that was on a Wednesday here we are Saturday and the toilet acting up again. So my husband called and the lady told him for them to come back out it would be $400 and to run a camera . Unbelievable be careful with this company we were ripped off. A waste of $325
