As a master cosmetologist the most rewarding thing is being able to work all hair types and specialize in all hair genres, color braiding and very soon eyebrows and lashes. I believe this is why I chose Salons by Jc. I’ve visited other Salon suite buildings but Salons by Jc was different. The walls are covered in fashion and beauty arts. The aroma of freshly cleaned floors hits me everyday and that inviting smile on the building managers face as I walk in goes perfect with my morning coffee or tea. Who would have known that the building manager Val would become such a delight in my professional life. Besides rumor has it she never forgets a birthday! Lol… But seriously I found a home to be my artistic free self and exercise my talents in more ways I could imagine without being micromanaged. Salons by Jc is the crème de la crème of salon suites Peter and Cindy the owners will equipped you with the knowledge needed to execute your business plans and provide you with a step by step checklist on what credentials certifications and licensing you will need to start or continue your business. I think I finally found a home for my loc journey. I started in November 2021 and it has been hard finding someone who is dependable, professional, and educate you on your maintenance until today. I’ve been a nail tech for several years now & I’ve had to move around a lot. I’ve been renting here for over a year now and this is the most stable I’ve ever been. Even though there are many beauty professionals here, there is no competition. Everyone here gets along & we all support each other! The concierge, Val, she’s amazing. Makes sure this place is in tip top shape. The owners here, they care! They really want to see you succeed. And if you ever need a little boost during slow times, they are here to help in any way they can. Whether is helping you promote or bringing in some walk-ins! Im very happy with this place. This place is great if you want a great haircut, blow-out and color. I've been going to Hairport and Rachael is the most talented stylist I've ever met. She is professional and I'm always happy with my hairdo. I get my hair colored and blown out and each and every time I get compliments on my hair.

I went to diva’s hair design and she was amazing! The Salon was cozy and charming! She was very friend and made me feel comfortable the entire time! She did an amazing job with my hair and I couldn’t be happier!

Love love love the atmosphere!!!!! The people are so welcoming, the vibes are amazing. Was very nervous about starting a business in a suite being that I’ve never worked In one before and I was also worried how can I possibly grow a clientele here but being here and seeing how everyone works together and helps one another I’m confident that this will be a huge success for my husband and myself. The owners are sweet and Cecilia is beyond professional. She is very knowledgeable and always has a smile. Starting our business here was the best decision we could have made for ourselves!!!

When I finally made the decision to leave the salon I was working at for 4 years, my plan was to check out a few suites then decide which one best fit my needs. One afternoon I called Salons by JC and Val asked me to come in within a few hours. After speaking with her and touring the location I knew this was the only location I wanted to be in. She is friendly, professional, very considerate and helpful. I can always count on Val to help me with anything. I also love the free range I have been given to be creative when decorating my space!!! I will be celebrating 6 months in a few weeks as a tenant and I couldn’t be happier. My clients love it here too!

I went to Devva Hair Design (Suite 4) and Donna was amazing. Not only did she do a wonderful job with my hair, but she made the experience so comfortable and relaxing. I had hair extentions put in which takes hours so being comfortable is important to me. She offered some streaming sites for me to watch while my hair was being done. She is such a friendly and warm person that she makes you feel at home. Her technique is also so gentle that I didn't feel any pain.

Salons by JC in Hollywood is a warm, welcoming, beautiful, and safe environment to have any of the services done. Val, the facility manager, is professional, competent, always willing to help, and provides aroound the clock assistance to the tenants. I absolutely love my suite and friendly co-tenants. And I'm so glad I chose this Salon Suite as my home away from home.

Amazing beyond words, my hairstylist for 4 yrs Donna of Devva Hair Design IG @devvahair_1 is more than talented, her heart and spirit is pure! Her work area is always clean and sanitized, and there is always refreshments on hand. Her work speaks for itself, her personality is inviting and comforting. Peter and Cyndi have been nothing short of amazing and a joy from the time I signed my lease til now. Providing us a sense of ease and security by not making us pay rent during these tough times when us stylists are out of jobs, is really beyond generous. I am so grateful for their kind gestures. I came from a different suites company prior to finding Peter and Cyndi, and I immediately knew I made the right decision by moving when I came on board with them. They have always made us tenants feel as though they care about their business and for things to run smoothly, and are willing to help make it better if there are ever any problems. Seeing them there on a weekly basis in person, face to face, really let’s you know who you are dealing with & that they care. I can not say enough good about them! For as long as I’m a suite owner, I will be loyal to Salons by Jc Hollywood! They make me coming to work even that much more enjoyable! Thank you Peter & Cyndi!!

I absolutely LOVE being a tenant at this location! The rent is affordable and the Concierge Ms Val is always there to help me when I need Her! She is very hands on, which most salon suits do not have the pleasure of having-trust me I know! I have never had any maintenance issues and the owners come often! So happy I chose this place. As a business owner- Nurse Practitioner specializing in Aesthetics, it was important to me the cleanliness & presentation of the place. This location runs by professionals. Cyndi the owner is very attentive genuine helpful and personal which to me was one of the many factors I decided to go with this place. Cecilia is a gem of this location. She is a fairy and will go above and beyond to make you happy. The other tenants are all professionals and have been there for many years. Highly recommended
