Universal Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof! From suggesting the color of the shingles, to speedy installation amd clean up to always explaining the process the entire team was friendly and professional! We have used them before and definitely will used them again

I am extremely pleased with my new roof. Tracy, Flett was wonderful during the process as was the office staff at Universal Roofing. It took a while to get the new roof in place. This was not their fault as tile is on back order. Tracy was proactive and kept me informed during the entire process. I am more than overjoyed with the outcome. The roof looks wonderful the process of taking off the roof and putting in the new roof was very easy. Tracy and his staff kept me informed during the entire process. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend their services!!!

Universal Roofing just installed a beautiful new roof to our home. We have been so satisfied with them that this is the third time we have used this company throughout the years. Universal was so professional, knowledgeable and honest. The city inspector even mentioned that he was impressed with their work. We highly recommend hiring Universal for all of your roofing needs.

Jim and Tracy and their whole crew are exceptional. Roofing is one of those jobs that 99% of all consumers have no clue. One must trust what they are told. So many of the roofers are full of you know what and sell you more than you need. Universal is the opposite. They tell you what you need and even suggest optins that save money. They tell you the pros and cons of each alternative. I could go on and on however suffice it to say that Universal is the best.

It was a honor speaking with Mrs. Diane on a daily bases for updates & any concerns, I needed address on my roof replacement. She is by far the MVP at Universal Roofing . Each day she made me feel like a Valued Customer. I felt very comfortable calling her just for updates & any other issues needed to be addressed . She was always Patient, Professional and Carrying while taking care of my needs & concerning. I wrote this review 5 years ago and it is still true today. I had to replace my roof in 2024 and went with Universal Roofing. They did my roof 30 years ago and continue to have my best interest in mind. TRUST is a major component when replacing your roof. Universal Roofing is the best roofer to choose in Hollywood. I have known the family since 1978 and they are the only roofer I would recommend. Professional, on time and gets the job done. While I am not a direct family member, I have used my extended family's business since first buying my house in the mid seventies. I have had two re-roofs and am coming up on my third that I am entrusting Universal Roofing to perform. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks me if I know of a good, reputable roofing company.

I had Universal Roofing replace my skylights which had started to leak after many years. They were incredibly professional, explained things clearly, and when I had additional questions about the work they sent out a representative a second time to review things to make sure the job got done correctly. The installation was quick and the job they did was excellent. After they were finished, and had already come down from the roof, I noticed that there was a few extra smudges on the 3rd floor skylight, which couldn't have been seen from the outside. They didn't hesitate to set up their ladders again and climb all the way back up there to make sure I was satisfied with their work.

A tornado did a hole in the roof of my house with other several damages and then after several months investigating for a best option for a company to replace the fascia, soffit and re-roofing.

I used them to repair the roof of a duplex I recently purchased in Hallandale. I have nothing bad to say about them. Tracey one of the owners was the person took care of me. He was very helpful ,professional and his customer service skills was excellent. The quality of the work was far beyond what I had imagined.
