A great place with great cajun food vibes. I we got the blackened gator bites, 2 burgers, and the catfish on my first visit. Really solid burgers and the catfish was good. I've gotten the cup of gumbo here before too and it was good. I definitely recommend this place. 2nd go round I got some oysters, so good. Big too. Finally got some crawfish in during the season and it was a solid spicy 3 pounds. A little pricey, but worth it. Good size and flavor. The voodoo wings are pretty solid as well. The staff here is a ok always pretty chill n cool. I've been going back quite a bit.

We loved our dinner here. Everything was very tasty and affordable. Too many things listed on the menu we wanted to try. Lovely atmosphere and looks like it would be a great time during football season. Will return for sure!

A South Florida Cajun tradition and holds the distinction of being Certified Louisiana. Not sure what Certified Louisiana means but it’s got to be good and that’s exactly what it is!!! #shuckndive #cajuncafe #certifiedlouisiana #salad #appetizers #happyhour #events #fun #fortlauderdale #browardcounty #florida

Fried Green Tomatoes, Blackened Gator, & the Crispiest Sweet Potato Fries at Shuck N Dive were delicious. Love the atmosphere and eclectic decor. My boyfriend really enjoyed the decor in the men's room 🤣

Shuck'N Dive is a causal Louisiana style restaurant located in the Victoria Park Shoppes off of Federal Highway in Ft. Lauderdale.
Apparently it’s been here for over two decades and is known for its seafood and New Orleans dishes.
The menu features a long list of mouth watering options and since it was a cold day in south Florida I opted for a cup of their country gumbo which was made with a dark roux, pulled chicken, andouille sausage & okra.
Hush puppies in a delicious spicy dipping sauce were also ordered.
For main course I had the Cajun Smoked Sausage which came with grilled onions & provolone on top. You get two sides with each main course so I opted for the Cajun fries and tater tots.
The southern fried chicken sandwich was also good.
No room for dessert though so we will have to come back for that.
Service was friendly and the food was brought in a timely fashion. I can see why people love coming here and not spreading the word out.

Beautiful spot with excellent food! Service was a little slow but it was slammed and I personally was in a hurry. Food was great, can't wait to go back!

Great place with good selections. Ate here 3x in 3 days. Food was fresh and staff was attentive. Raw oysters were amazing! Music a bit loud but highly recommend.

We are frequent diners at Shuck and Dive! This place never disappoints. Today our server, Jazz, waited on us at the bar. It's quite refreshing when an employee is so upbeat and positive about the place where he works - the owners, the quality of the food, great co-workers and so on. Jazz is a true ambassador for this gem of a bar/restaurant. We go on Sundays for the Fried Chicken Dinner special as it is the best fried chicken we have found in Fort Lauderdale. The 'in season' crawfish is quite the taste treat as are all of the items on the menu - and we have been up and down the menu over the past couple of years. The two sides that are served with entrees are also quite tasty - fresh and made from scratch. All of their sauces are homemade which makes a big difference. The atmosphere is friendly, casual, and welcoming. Kudos to Shuck and Dive. See you next week!

First time eating at a cajun restaurant and I was blown away by how good the food was. I enjoyed being able to choose the sides I wanted. Between the three of us we had gumbo, catfish, red beans and rice, mac and cheese, chicken, and we split a bucket of Louisiana beers. Next time we're in town, we will definitely come back.

Favorite restaurant I’ve eaten at so far living in south Florida for 3.5 years. Oysters are always fresh and you cannot go wrong with any of their sides. Many entrees to choose from and good menu deals. Employees are knowledgable and nice. Eaten here over 40 times and I’ve only had a below-average experience one time and that is when they were really busy, so understandable. Try it out!

A great local place serving Louisiana cuisine. They have (and make the distinction between) Cajun "country" and Creole "city" food. Everything we had was excellent and authentic. Make sure you check out the daily specials board for some unique things and try it all. Definitely worth a stop for a meal when you're in the area.

The service/staff and food were AMAZING! This was our first time enjoying southern food and wanted to sample as much as possible - it did not disappoint. Fried green tomatoes, blackened alligator, hush puppies, blackened voodoo burger and the pulled pork special were fantastic. We highly recommend this for your stop in Ft. Lauderdale!

Shuck'N Dive is a causal Louisiana style restaurant located in the Victoria Park Shoppes off of Federal Highway in Ft. Lauderdale. Shuck N' Dive was opened 25 years ago by owner Danny Stasi also known as Chef Staz and wife Meghan. Locals love this long time restaurant for its seafood and New Orleans dishes. It was so well received in Ft. Lauderdale that they finally opened a second location on the water in Islamorada in the Florida Keys.

I dropped in one evening when I was in the area and in need of a quick dinner. I ended up sitting at the bar where everyone knew everyone else. They also have booths and tables and the walls are decorated with assorted New Orleans trinkets and memorabilia. Popular items on the menu include fried green tomatoes, po' boys, etouffees, and crawfish boudin.

After looking at all of the mouth watering options on the menu I finally decided on the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich. The large hand breaded chicken breast was so flavorful with a kick from the seasoning but not too spicy. Next time I want to try the Bienville style oysters made with creamed onions, green peppers, bacon, garlic and pecorino Romano and the fried green tomatoes my friend swears by. Fans of Cajun food will enjoy this beloved South Florida landmark.

Great local ftl spot for authentic Cajun and southern food! Everything we’ve eaten has been flawless. The jambalaya I’ve only been fortunate enough to have a taste of because it’s served only on Thursdays and they run out early… BUT it’s amazing. Service has been great on every visit. Gerry was our waitress this past Thursday and I can’t say enough good things. She was warm and welcoming even when I was noticeably disappointed the jambalaya was sold out for the day. She was so helpful in suggesting other menu items and ultimately the Gumbo was unmatched. Although the food is great, the service is what will keep me coming back. Gerry turned the whole night around for me, she’s exactly the kind of person that is missing from most establishments in south Florida. I’ll definitely be back next week to get Jambalaya!

Great place! We were seated promptly for lunch around 1 on Friday. I had Chargrilled Oysters with butter and Parmesan with crackers and horseradish. They were perfect. My wife had chicken tenders and fries. Best chicken tenders I’ve had. Wish I would’ve taken pictures. Based on the crowd, the locals love this place. Worth the 10 minute drive from the beach.
