The best experience buying a car I’ve ever had. I am an out of state buyer so I was super skeptical on buying out of state, let alone the deal I was getting on my Volkswagen GTI. Mark had tons of photos and even videos of the car to assure me of It’s condition. He even worked with me on getting the car shipped to my home in TX. I just had the vehicle serviced at a specialty shop and I asked them to inspect the entire vehicle as well. They came back and said it was the cleanest vehicle they’ve seen over 90k miles. I can now say that this is also the best used vehicle I’ve ever bought. Honest and ethical dealer. I just wish I would’ve bought all my cars from Mark.

Mark is very attentive and personally answers calls and emails. Its a smaller operation which is good. I have been researching the vehicle that I wanted and was lucky to find my daughters Prius with this dealership. Mark is a straight up guy and the prices are fair and less than most dealerships.

On November 25, Mark and I discussed the vehicle condition, sale price, fees, financing, and transportation arrangements and costs. On November 26, I sent Mark a check for the sale amount. On Wednesday, Mark confirmed that he had arranged truck transport of the vehicle on Friday, December 2. On December 4, the vehicle arrived in excellent condition. On December 7, the vehicle was serviced at Park Place Acura in Plano, TX; they repaired a loose wire in the driver’s side airbag inflator circuit and replaced the brake fluid. The vehicle passed their multi-point inspection, and passed the TX safety and emissions inspections as well. On December 8, I registered the vehicle in Rockwall, TX with a new sticker and new license plates.
Working with Mark was fantastic. He remained in touch with me by phone, email, and text message at every point in the purchase/financing/delivery process. I regard Mark as a businessman of honesty, fairness, and integrity, and I highly recommend him to you.
