Shana was amazing at helping me pick what storage was the best for me. She explained the different sizes and the prices. Helped me pick the best storage size per what I wanted to store. Overall she gave me an amazing experience.

I had a great experience earlier today at CubeSmart Pembroke Pines. Walked in, greeted by Britney and she was happy to walk me to see the outdoor parking spaces at the far side of the facility. Monthly price was same as advertised. Facility was clean and organized. Fortunately, they had one space available. Contract process was a breeze, Britney went over the insurance options and I was out the door within 30 minutes. Thank you Britney!

Great experience, my wife and I were very skeptical about putting our stuff in a storage vs selling them .We drove in and met with Shana who greeted us, she is very knowledgeable answered all our questions, she gave us a tour of the property which helped us made our decision. After all we got a Storage (she called it Cube) which she explained will fit our items with space to move around and she was right! The perfect fit thanks a lot shana you were very helpful and patient which meant a lot to us. Thank you.

I’ve always had issues with my storage and the lack of knowledge the customer service representatives have but you guys has proven to be so much better and to your associate Shana I’d recommend anyone to speak with her as she’s very knowledgeable and has an amazing spirit.
