I ordered a pistol from them and instead of the model with the 15 rd mag, they sent me the model with the 17 rd mag. My FFL could not transfer the mags over to me b/c I live in a state with mag capacity restrictions. Robert is a professional and took care of it for me. He sent me 2 OEM 15 rd mag directly to the house. I would do business with this shop again.

Morris is amazing ! It was my first time going inside a pawnshop and I didn’t know what to expect. The manager Morris greeted me as soon as I came in made me feel so welcomed and at ease. I then proceeded with showing him my jewelry to get the value. He took his time apprising it and even showed me how to check if it’s real . Awesome guy great customer service ! Defiantly going to recommend my friends and family .

Loved my experience with US Pawn at Sunrise. I never do reviews, but the two that helped me, Denise and Julian, were the nicest most professional people ever. I had many questions about which tool to purchase for my dad for his birthday, and they helped me for about an hour try to figure it out (for a great price too.) Thank you so much you guys! This is the BEST pawn shop I’ve ever been to my entire life. The prices were great D Angelo and Luis helped us out so much. Worked with us on prices and even gave us good deals. They have very lively and good energy. I recommend ANYONE to go there. I definitely will be going back.

I needed to sell a ring. This was my first stop (it should have been my last). I was helped by Denise. Make sure you ask for Denise!! She could tell I wasn’t sure what I had and never even made an offer. She cleaned the ring and educated me on everything I needed to know about the ring. I later visited 5 other pawn shops in the area. None treated me even close to the professionalism and kindness that Denise did. The next day I walked into US Pawn happy to see Denise standing at the counter. She made an offer and beat the competition offer without any type of haggling!! I happily sold her the ring!! Great experience, could have saved some gas and time if I made it my first and only stop.

I got to tell you I have been to many pawn shops in my day and all over south Florida and the A Team you have on staff here on Sunrise including Morris, Denise, and Mike make the experiences I have here all worth coming back. I literally spend an extra 15 mins every time I am there just talking with the staff because we have all built a relationship at this point. Moris and Denise were awesome!! I searched all over South Florida for a powered drain cleaner and had no luck until I called US Pawn. The price is as right and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them!

Morris the manager is very assertive with customer needs! Not only do they offer small loans, they sell quality products! The salesperson Mike is starting conceal weapon classes. He also assisted me with the purchase of a new Gibson guitar! Quality products and awesome customer service I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a good deal!

Last week I first went to a pawn shop a little further away...mistake! Then I decided to check out US Pawn..now 100% transparency...definitely doesn't look great on outside, however, inside is a different story. I dealt with Ray and he was more than fair on my pawn. I needed X amount of money and he did everything he could to make it happen. Thanks Ray! They have great items inside as well as a great selection of vehicles. It was also great talking motorcycles!
