Found them via Michelin recommendations. Great atmosphere and really the best Italian food we have eaten on our trip in Florida so far. The service was a hit and miss- one guy who served us initially was too lazy to work and chatting with the owner chef. The other guy then served us and was great. I highly recommend this place for food

Stopped in for lunch. Best sandwich I've ever had. 10/10. Won't comment on the pizza. I'm more of a sandwich connoisseur, but it wont disappoint! Everything was flavorful and fresh. Book a reservation or pop into the bar, tiny restaurant.

Amazing in every aspect. This restaurant is so well run from the back to front of the house. They were kind enough to place the meats on the side (pork ingredients) for guest who doesn't consume this ingredient but please order every dish as is in order to truly get the full experience. The short rib pizza is probably one of the best I've tried, simply perfect. Salad and pasta were also delish. A bit of a wait time if you go during normal dinner hours, reservations recommended and paid parking across the street.

Heritage has some of the best Italian food, let alone pizza around. It's my third time coming here, and I have yet to leave disappointed. The meatballs, italian chopped salad, the Soppressata, and the Brooklyn pizza leave me drooling. Don't sleep on the meatballs, they're a hit. The Soppressata pizza is topped with hot honey and packs a punch. The classic Brooklyn with cupping pepperoni is pure nostalgia. And if you like bananas, I can't recommend the Banana Boudrino enough.
All around the food is fresh, delicious, and balanced. The atmosphere is moody and enjoyable. And the service was the best I've had in years. Our waiter, Paul, made the evening for me. His recommendations were insightful, and his responses were classy and quick-witted. Paul turned our meal into a memorable experience. I would recommend Heritage and Paul to any food snob looking for a good time.

10/10 experience for us. We came on New Year’s Eve for dinner around 6:30pm with a reso. We travel often to the Fort Lauderdale area and I reached out to some people to get some recommendations for new places to try. This was suggested to me multiple times and it did not disappoint.

We were a group of four and shared a few things. Starting with the arancini, squash blossoms and calamari - it was insanely delicious. I really appreciated that they were able to add an extra arancini and squash blossom so we could each have our own. The plating was amazing.

For mains we shared the bolognese and duck ragu. I’m ready to book my next flight to come back just for the duck ragu.

The server was great sadly I forget my servers name but he had glasses and made sure we didn’t go too overboard with food for New Year’s eve which we appreciated, it was the perfect amount of food.

The drinks were tasty, the ambience is so warm and cozy and price is on point.

Coming from out of town to visit my sister and she recommended Heritage to celebrate my birthday. I don't think she could've picked a better place! Food was tasty, texture was perfect and the service was amazing! Highly recommended and great for special occasions and celebration.

What a great hideaway in the middle of the day. A business associate and I visited during lunch hours and shared the Kale and Finnochio salad as a starter.

Of this world good. Next, I feasted my eyes on the Eggplant Parm Sandwich, and man, it was good. The bread was super soft, the eggplant was fried to perfection and the sherry marinara sauce the serves suggested for dipping was good enough to eat with a spoon.

I will definitely return and try some more items from the menu and I'll be sure to bring a friend 😊

Excellent experience. Pizzas are fantastic, service was solid and friendly. They were accommodating from the moment I called Sunday morning about a 6-top reservation for lunch. I am a pizza world traveler (I'll fly to Napoli and then drive an hour to Caiazzo for Pepe in Grani) and this makes the list. The owner's responses to negative reviews are classic. Laugh out loud funny. This apparently is well known, so I'm a bit late to the party. Can't wait to visit family again on this side of the state, because I'll be back.

First time coming to the establishment and can I say the food was AMAZING!!!! It was amazing. Our waiter was point. Even though we sat at the pizza bar because we didn't have reservations, I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I will be back 😋😋😋

My sons brought here for here for my birthday dinner, and what a great surprise. We have visited a few more times because it is a magnificent dining experience . Chef Cerbone and his staff truly keep this establishment running flawlessly. Our experience each and every time with our waiters has been informative and incredibly polite . The food ... The Food.. THE FOOD is Outstanding!! From the Squash blossoms anti pasti starters to the Red butter micro greens , bucatini white clam pasta to a soppressata pizza . WOW, oooh WOW !! Looking at my pictures is only a bit of What a fantastic experience . Great atmosphere.The desert I had was the strawberryolive oil cake pictured here . Just go with it ..don't question just order it and be wow 'd ..oh, did I mention their own delicious variety of cocktails ? Tell your friends !! Yeah it's special cocktail and it's called " Tell your friends" . We love Heritage and and it's worth our drive from Kendall to experience and delight in flavors.

If you love Pizza & Italian food this spot is must try. Chef Rino & Chef Chris and there entire team are super stars. Made us feel warm and welcomed to the point we had to come back the next day to sit at the pizza bar & try the lunch menu. For dinner we had the Mafaldine Bolognese, I’m still dreaming about it. We also had the Fresh Tomato & the Soppressata Pizzas, thin and crispy, full of flavor absolutely amazing. The next day for lunch we sat at the pizza bar and watched the team prep dough. We had the hot Italian sandwich which was delicious, another Soppressata pizza. We also tried the Fig & Olive oil cake which was on another level. Can’t wait to get back to Florida for another visit to Heritage!!!

This is my third time here and it never disappoints. The food is so flavorful, customer service is great and the ambiance is very intimate. Perfect for a date night. 100/10 always recommend

A definite must try in the Fort Lauderdale area. Everything we ordered was remarkable from the crispy roman artichokes to the italian wedge, and the short rib & prosciutto panini to the mafaldine bolognese (my favorite), and of course the margarita pizza! Will definitely be back here soon!

Really good above average pasta.
We shared the artichoke as a starter and followed with the rigatoni and the mafaldine. Their Bolognese could be spicier and with less tomato but still nice.

Great experience! We enjoyed every dish that was served. We will definitely come back again.

Unique dishes with a lot of paths you can take. Loved the rice balls, squash blossoms, gnocchi, and olive oil cake most of all. Drinks were flavorful and everything was paced nicely.

Definitely need a reservation for dinner time. There’s a small free lot right next to the restaurant and a large paid lot right across the small street.

Great restaurant with super cool menu & excellent presentation. Food is delicious!!! Excellent service, fun time! It was hard to get a reservation, & now we know why - EXCELLENT ALL AROUND!!!
