Everything is good, but parking in the garage is atrocious. Corners are extremely tight, and you have to pay $30 a night while possibly not getting a spot if you come in late. Then, you'll have to park in the lot across the street that's free from 11pm-7am, but you have to move it at 7. Very inconvenient. Breakfast was as good as you can get so no complaints there. It works!

My stay at this hotel was exceptional, thanks to the fantastic team of Sabriy, Shazad, Kelly, Marlin, Alex, Rae, Kenya, Deedee, Katelynn, Rashawn, Chewy, and Shernette.
Their collective efforts created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was impeccably maintained, and the service exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was delicious, and local recommendations were spot-on. This hotel truly values its guests, and the dedication of the staff made my stay memorable. I look forward to returning and enjoying their hospitality again. Highly recommended!

Stayed for one night before a cruise with my family. The room, pool and breakfast were great. The only negative with the location is there are many homeless people across the street near the McDonalds so can be a bit awkward if walking around. If staying in hotel or driving it shouldn't be an issue.

The staff from the front desk to the breakfast attendants were phenomenal. The customer service here is one of the best we have dealt with. Rooms were clean, location was convenient and breakfast was constantly being restocked. Great stay.

Great rooms. Workout room was spacious and had a lot of new equipment. Within walking distance to restaurants. The only downside is the hotel bar/outdoor patio closed at 9pm each night due to noise.

What a wonderful hotel. My mom and I stayed here after a cruise and it was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing and the pool bar had some great pizza. Great location and our room was tip top.

I had a great experience!! The ladies in the breakfast were amazing!! Aiskel, Bianca, Elsa were so nice and helpful. Room were very nice and clean!!.

Great hotel for the price. Rooms are in great condition. Staff is friendly. Location is close to downtown. Parking costs $40 nightly is the only down side.

The garage for this hotel is very tight and I was unable to park my 2500 truck in their parking garage. I was uncomfortable leaving my truck in the public parking lot across the street for the night. The neighborhood does seem to be nice and safe but I’m unfamiliar with the area.

I did not wind up staying at this hotel in the end and did not ask for a refund as the issue was partially my fault for having a large vehicle. However the staff at the hotel was fantastic and actually called me to offer a full refund when they found out I did not stay, which I was not expecting. I will be staying here in the future with a smaller vehicle. Just fyi Any full size trucks or enlongated suvs will have a hard time fitting into their garage.

Clean and spacious room, great service. Surrounding area is a little sketchy / not a walkable area but is convenient to downtown/ Beach. Parking garage is gated - I never felt unsafe otherwise.

We stayed at the Home2 suites for a concert down the street at Revolution Live. We were impressed! The actual hotel is very nice, clean, and well decorated. They play hip music all over the property, not your typical lobby music. The pool bar area is great, as was the bartender. The rooms are amazing. We had a corner room with 2 huge windows, equipped with heavy duty blackout curtains, and a great view of downtown. Little details made all of the difference. Full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, extra linens and pillows, and PLENTY of charging ports and electrical outlets. Nice amenities. My only complaints would be that the front desk staff wasn't the friendliest, but they were accommodating. Also you need your room key for EVERYTHING so have it accessible. I kept putting mine away and needed it for all doors and elevators. They have parking on site for $30, and it was secure. Requires a pass to open the gates. Overall this hotel was a pleasant surprise! We really really enjoyed our stay and will be back ASAP! We are already planning our next stay.

I wanted to give a 4.5 but i rounded up. We truly enjoyed our time at this hotel. We only stayed for one night, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. We arrived earlier than check-in and to the front desk, and my boyfriend and I surprise, we were able to go up to our room. It was beautifully designed. Huge bathroom and comfortable bed which was important since we had been up long hours traveling and used it to nap, as well as our nights rest. It was a short drive from Las Olas, which was very walkable for dining and sightseeing. We utilized the gym as well as the laundry facility. The only downside was that despite disinfecting the washer, our clothes still took on a unpleasant odor.

Customer service was absolutely amazing! Pool/bar area was unique and nice. Food was ok, older lady bar tending was phenomenal and funny. Gym was clean and had the usual hotel gym equipment. Rooms were really nice and pretty much the same as any home 2 suites.

This Home2 Suites in Fort Lauderdale Downtown is a good place to stay if you're visiting the area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. Friendly and competent, they were very helpful. There is secure parking available for a small fee, as well as regular parking next to the hotel. We chose the secured parking mostly due to the hotel being located down the block from the downtown bus depo, which could have been maintained better by the city. Overall, we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit the area.

We stayed there for 4 days because we traveled out of state for my wedding. These 4 days were some of the best days of my life. The staff was very friendly and respectful. We were a total of 17 people. My whole family was happy with their stay there. Matthew the front desk manager was awesome. The hotel has the best breakfast ever. If you planning on coming to FTL for vacation or whatever you’ll be coming for and need a place to stay, Home2suites Fort Lauderdale down town is the place for you.

The place was really good. Nothing bad to say but some recommendations that I feel should be done

Room: The room was a really nice, roomy, and comfortable, air worked very good. Shower was really nice. All in all the room was great no complaints

Breakfast: Now this is where my reccomendations start. Eggs, juice, coffee, and the meat items for breakfast were good. However I'm dairy free and the fact that there weren't enough choices for dairy free made me just a tad annoyed. But again I never specified to the hotel of this, so I understand if nothing could be done. However with many people having issues with Dairy and so many others. More choices would be great such as Dairy free milk such as oat, almond, or even coconut milk would've been nice to have, along with dairy free butter. But again aside from that all is good.

Pool : Pool bar hours could've been better. Mon- Fri 5-9 not really good. Many of us get hungry during lunch especially if were on vacation, and we can't eat a meal until 5:00 not good.

But the pool was good, clean, roomy,

Pantry in lobby: Again dairy free ice cream would've great to have. But nice selection

TV: Tv was good, however more choices to stream would've been nice to have such as hulu, disney, and so on. Also if streaming through the TV was not availbe a complementary USB-C, or lighting cable to HDMI would've been nice.

Aside from all that. The hotel was great, will come back again

Went for my daughter's sweet 16 front desk were very welcoming and kind had my room ready. Had a suite, room was very clean and fresh smelling housekeeping staff was awesome they went above to make my daughter party and stay feel special with all her friends. Pool was clean and bar being right by the pool area was great for us adults so we could enjoy our time while watching the kids in the pool. Location is great with many places to choose from with food for a bunch of picky teens and us adults who wanted something more then wings and pizza. Breakfast was good with the fresh muffins and different varieties of breakfast choices Would definitely stay here again. Can't wait to go back.

I was actually staying in the Tru by Hilton. It's in the same building. I loved it 😍 Good service, beautiful view, the pool is awesome..it's located on the 5th floor the bar is there too Rooms very clean, coffee maker, mini fridge, no microwave but it's one on the lobby. Parking is $30 per night, parking off-site is with meters, pay cash or cards. Always pay all you will have a ticket. Pay parking is from 7am to 6pm. 6pm to 7am is free

Hotel is clean , staff is friendly. I really love the diversity.. but most of all the bartender in the pool area. She makes really really good drinks I was shocked , she knows her stuff. Today is my last day here but she made my 2 days so awesome. I literally hung there with her from open to close . Thanks sasha for the GREAT customer service .

The room came with a full size refrigerator and microwave. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. There is metered parking across the road for guess or if you need to make a quick run in the hotel. We'll stay here again!
