Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale/Downtown Las Olas Area

Customer service was amazing!!! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. Luke at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We were traveling with a toddler and a baby which is hectic to begin with but everything about the hotel made things a lot more relaxed. Rooms were clean as were the other common areas. I’d like to also mention how great the breakfast staff was.

Where do I start?!?! Thomas the front desk manager is absolutely amazing. I was traveling from Indianapolis for a family trip on our annual cruise and I reserved about four rooms and total. It was about 20 of us adults and children and Thomas made us feel like home even though we was not from that town. Anything I asked for was addressed with extreme high levels of hospitality. Our first day that we checked in which was only for one night because we’re going on the cruise the next day was very stressful due to our flight being delayed about six hours, and it would be an early morning for all of us who are traveling also with children Luke at the front desk put us at ease and was able to get us into our room early being that we all was extremely tired. After our cruise, we checked back into the hotel about a week later, and we was greeted by Daphne, who was absolutely amazing, sweet kind, caring an extremely understanding on how we were just exhausted from a week of vacationing on a cruise. Once more again they were able to get us in our room early way before check-in so about 10 AM I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel stay, of course, with the assistance of the staff that I was presented with, also thank you Jen and Ari from sales. Me and my family have decided anytime we come to the Fort Lauderdale area. We will be staying with you guys. You guys rock. We were definitely be visiting again with family of course. Thank you again for everything that you guys done.

Very clean rooms, but i couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat. The room was cool at night though so i was fine. Good price, good location. Would stay get again.

Walking distance to many places, but not in the thick of things. AWESOME customer service, thank you for making us feel welcome and at home during our stay, *Daphne!!!! *She is wonderful! :-) There is a sitting area (on the 2nd floor), separate from the lobby where guests can congregate and play games. The only reason I am not giving it 5 is there were little things spotted that could be esthetically updated. But the costumer service, pool, bar, breakfast, and location were all wonderful!

Rooms were a bit dated, but the service from the front desk staff was SPECTACULAR. They made us feel at home and greeted us by name when we arrived at the desk. Spoke with Tom during our stay and he was so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was nice as well. Great location.

Thank you Luke for making our stay so enjoyable! Luke walked us down to a local restaurant nearby as I was a little concerned as there was little lighting, and not knowing the area, I was so much at ease...and he was right. It's a nice area! Thank you Luke! You are wonderful! Outstanding employee!

Amanda at the front desk was very helpful.
She recommended a place for brunch which was very good. The next day I asked Amanda to recommend a boat ride. Amanda recommended a place and gave me a coupon

Enjoyed our quick one night stay. Had a couple of issues with our 1st room. They did change us to a different room and did not compensate for any of the difficulty. I spun the bonus wheel, and it landed on "upgrade room" for the second time. Was told that none were available at this time. Was asked to spin again for the third time and received just a hundred bonus points. Parking was very convenient. We were blessed with being able to park right outside the entrance on the 1st floor.

FYI, the reason for the room switch was because there was an enormous amount of room deodorizer used and gave both of us instant headaches. Also, when looking for the source of the smell. We found that the air filters in the A/C units were caked with a thick layer of dust. As if they had not been cleaned for at least 6 months.

Great location and staff! Held a workshop here and the team went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for a great event. Both Jennifers in the sales office were a gem to work with. Rooms were clean as expected and the attention to service was the icing on the perfected prepared cake. Would consider rebooking again.

Great location and staff. The room was available early. We took a room on the top floor. We will not hesitate to stay again.

I had to evacuate due to hurricane Ian so I was pretty stressed upon arriving. The front desk staff let me check in early as I had my son and animals in the car. They were so welcoming and warm. The entire staff that I had contact with was so friendly. The day I checked out, I was waiting for a luggage cart, i waited for awhile and the front desk lady was trying everything to find me one. I had to go back to my room to check on everyone and just decided to make the many trips taking stuff out. When I checked out, the front desk lady pulled me aside and said she saved me a cart! That is above and beyond and I am so thankful that we chose to come to this hotel. We will be back but hopefully for a vacation next time. The rooms were also very clean and housekeeping was wonderful making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you everyone for making a stressful time in my life, more comfortable.

The reception was very professional and the staff was quite accommodating! They even checked us in earlier than expected!
Breakfast is delicious! The beds are quite comfortable and the location is perfect to reach the Malls and shopping areas quite easily! Really enjoying my stay here!

We love this hotel. It is our home in Fort Lauderdale. We spend multiple nights in Hampton Inn each year. The rooms are decent sized with very nice decor. Love the microwave and refrigerator.

I read many of the negative comments, unfortunately I didn’t have that experience. My stay was excellent! The pillows and bed are very comfortable. I stayed on the 10th floor and arrived in the evening the view was beautiful. The place was clean and customer service was great both at check in and check out.
My only concern was paying an additional $20.00 to park in the hotel garage which I didn’t see on the fine print.

I have to give this hotel five stars because of a great customer service experience. My wife and I were on a flight that was redirected to Ft. Lauderdale and landed after 1 a.m. We tried another hotel, but they wouldn’t even let us in the lobby. We called this Hampton Inn because it was close by and the woman at the front desk said they had rooms available.
When we arrived at almost 3 a.m., the woman remembered my name and our conversation. She quickly booked us an upgraded room and, more crucially, she proactively gave us a late checkout time. She was so kind and positive, she really felt like a guardian angel after our frustrating and exhausting travel experience.

I avoid the East Coast because I can’t stand the people. This Hotel has above and beyond exceptional customer service. It was never anything but a big smile and a huge welcome from Lacey and Norman! Lacey knew it was my 21st birthday and include a drink voucher. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Even our bartender was super nice. Keep up the good work!

Lynn is the best hands down! She was able to help me with everything. I wish there was more stars to have for her. The location of the hotel is near the places I wanted to visit. The pool was nice and relaxing. My room was nice and quiet.
