Dr. Jean-Wilner W. Mathieu, MD

I am 30 years old and he was my doctor . I love that Doctor! I am sure he remembers me !

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mathieu since the day I was born. I am 21 years old and I am so sad that I have to leave to start seeing an Internist. Dr. Mathieu is the best pediatrician in the world. My 3 younger siblings go to him as well. He’s like family. So kind, compassionate, and caring. He calls himself my 2nd dad because he literally knows everything about me. He does everything in his power to make sure that his patients are well taken care of. I trust Dr. Mathieu with my life. I would recommend him to anyone.

Also, he’s pretty consistent with his staff members and I love them. They make me feel at home. Very nice people who make you feel comfortable at your visit.

I’m almost 32 years old I remember me and my siblings going to this office I loved this place doctor was very nice bed side manners and respectful nurses are nice too .Office was very clean and smelled so good and we’d always get a lollipop before we leave omg those were days.I would definitely recommend this place to parents with small children and adolescent kids

Great calm place and everyone is so respectful! Dr.Mathieu really cares for all his patients, no matter what age! I definitely recommend him to everyone.

I took my sick son to this office after making an appointment over the phone. I was told they could take him after giving my insurance information. When I got there it was already someone at the window and I could not get the front desk persons attention. I waited 30minutes before being able to sign in. I was already turned off by the looks of the run down office, but on top of that the lack of communication totally disgusted me. Everyone behind the front counter appeared to be lost and had no idea of what was going on. The lady tells me after 15 minutes of standing there and looking for the appointment that they did not take the insurance and no one called to communicate that to me. I took off from work early to make this appointment. I asked why wasn’t I informed and the lady had to go and ask the doctor… like what?!? I wouldn’t take my dog for a visit… I have no confidence in an office that has office staff like this. My son wanted to know what type of doctors would turn away a sick kid…. I ended up taking him to urgent care.

Unprofessional. They open 15 minutes after their posted time. Took 4 hours to see the nurse practitioner last week. Lady that does referrals is super rude and condescending.
