Jeff Jones: Allstate Insurance

I have been working with Jenny for the past year or so, and she is great. She responds via email and or phone calls the same day, and really understands my questions when I renew and or need changes on my policies.

I always appreciate her help because it's truly a relief, especially when dealing with insurance. Having representatives like her make it MUCH easier than calling the toll free numbers for companies and going thru random automated systems.

Had the pleasure of working with Ellen F. and I can’t express enough how professional and courteous she is. Had some bad experiences in the past with other insurance agencies and I can tell you Ellen lives up to her promise of thorough and speedy service. I initially started using Allstate agent Jones Insurance Group in 2016. Over the past six years they have been truly amazing to work with. There has never been an issue. I have had such a wonderful experience with this insurance agency! Donna is absolutely recommended, she knows all the ins and out with the distributor business insurance and has definitely been a big help. She has so much knowledge and is easy to talk to. Lisa who helped me was also very informative and awesome to talk to. I won’t be dealing with anyone else!

Great service! I have a commercial policy and wouldn't trust anyone to go above and beyond the way they do. They're rates are great, but even if they weren't it would be worth the extra money for the security you have knowing they will do their absolute best. Ellen recently helped me with an issue and did more than I would expect from any agent. She by far made me a customer fir life. You can't go wrong with any of them.

In today's world we have become accustomed to doing most of our business online. It's more expedient and we don't have to deal with those, who should not be working in the customer service industry. I have had my share of such people.

Ms. Valencia is NOT such a person. To contrary, she was knowledgeable, professional and caring. She took the time to make sure I was happy. Her level of customer service is impeccable and should be an example to others. Jeff Jones deserves credit for employing such a person to represent their company!

Who would think that getting business insurance would be so complicated? We had the worst experience with another Allstate agency. Something we believed would take no more than a week, took several months - after being completely frustrated over our business transaction being delayed we were referred to Jones Insurance Group and we worked with Donna S. She provided us with the exact policy we needed and the certificate of insurance within 1 business day. Very impressed with her professionalism and hard work to make this happen for our business. In summary, LESSON LEARNED! Will only work with Jones Insurance Group for all of our future insurance needs.

I deal with Ellen Follett, she is fantastic! The best thing about Ellen is her responsiveness. She always follows up with me and never leaves us guessing on what happens next, very thorough with everything. We have also moved our personal auto insurance with Allstate and have been treated very well by Ellen's counterpart Danash Ramos. Excellent attention and service, I highly recommend them!
