She was really nice. But my twist were not done great. And started falling out after 2 days. I wanted it to be shorter and she had to burn the ends but she didn't make sure they were sealed completely and they started coming out. She also was very harsh with my natural hair and I'm pretty sure she ripped out a bunch of my hair while detangling. Complete waste of money I had to pull out the twists after 3 days.
