Unfortunately my car ended up here after being hit by another driver. The manager Evan took great care of me scheduling an appointment asap for a quote and service. He communicated to me daily the status of my vehicle and when it would be done. Super happy on how quick the turn around and price was!

So happy with my experience at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep! I expressed what I was looking for and Andre was quick to identify cars that I would be interested in. He narrowed it down to 2 and we went for a test ride before I made my decision. He was personable and kind. In addition, Evan, the sales manager and the finance officer was able to help make the final deal happen. I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and was grateful for a great experience!

My mom and I decided we were gunna go look for new cars together, we went to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep and we do not regret it! Josh the General Manager greeted us and got us started! He was caring, funny, and made it easy! He sent over his salesman Andre. Andre was so outstanding! It was my first time leasing a vehicle and he was so patient with me! Andre literally ran for every one of our request and or needs! Andre truly cares about taking care of his customers. Any questions we might had or help we needed, he made sure to answer them and help us with the biggest smile on his face and the greatest attitude. Once the process got started and got sent over to finance we got to speak with Alan. Alan was so patient and helpful with all his knowledge and kindness, he made it just as easy. I truly can not recommend Josh, Andre, and Alan enough!!!

After having a bad experiences with two other Jeep dealerships in the area. HCJ was fantastic to buy from THE PRICE ADVERTISED WAS THE PRICE! Andre Pagan was my salesmen, very upfront and honest about the price of the vehicle. He took the time to explain the different packages and features of the Jeep I was looking at. Customer service was Excellent will definitely buy here again!

I was dropping of my vehicle for service and decided to walk around the show room. We spoke to one of the salesmen Russ. After looking around and test driving, we traded our vehicle. Russ was great, as everyone knows the process is lengthy but he was 1 step ahead getting everything ready. Also a great host, always checking that we were ok.

The Jeep was a “certified pre owned” 2021 grand Cherokee with 29k miles which still had the original manufacturers warranty.I was told the Jeep would come with all these added benefits - free roadside assistance or if caught a flat a tow truck would bring the car for free back to the dealership to change the tire and if I ever got locked out my car they would get me back in ( because they added extra warranty) and was sold the car as if all these added benefit's came with the car. I was told by the sales representative I needed to install lowjack ($1299) on the car and I told them I did not want it then told me that it was sometimes required by the finance company and was never given the option to not have it. After looking at the bill I was ASTONISHED on how much extra stuff they racked up on the the final price of the jeep!!!Being the original price of the jeep was $36,999 with all the added 3rd party warranty’s the jeep was now $44,000!!! They made the “free roadside assistance” ordeal sound as if the “Certified Pre Owned Jeep” came with all these added benefits in the end I was charged over $5000 in added 3rd party warranty’s and lowjack that I never needed/wanted or asked for and, after this ordeal, I realized it was 50% my fault 50%

I want to thank Evan, Ruel, and CJ for all the help at this dealership. Amazing team, and they got me what I wanted and where I wanted to be. Highly recommend out of ALL the Jeep dealerships in South Florida, Hollywood is THE ONE to be at.

Our jeep was having issues and we were 18 hours from home and about to leave for a cruise. We called them up and they said bring it by and we will get you to your port. They had it fixed and had us back on our way when we got back from the cruise and even picked us back up at the port. Very happy with the customer service and willingness to drop everything and help us out no matter the problem. Thank you again guys.

I purchased from here earlier this year and any little hiccup I've had, they are quick to address it and get it taken care of. No run around! Huge shoutout to Allison - she helped me get my spare key and was kind and courteous. I was blown away by her customer service, genuine concern, and effort to assist me whenever I spoke to her. Best experience I've had with a car dealership in a very very long time. Especially post sale. The only thing is even when you schedule service you still wait many hours for them to service it. I wish an appointment meant something.
