Always very courteous and friendly staff. Late night pizza in under 2 minutes is always a hit. They have the best apple fritters in town.

Stopped in after a long day at work for a coffee. Hats iff t Evon is awesome. Pleasant and very friendly.

Just to update, 7-11 responded below as if they cared what happened. I followed their instructions and have never heard from them. I will never go in a 7-11 again.

Highway robbery, that is what I learned 7-11 commits. I drove by the store, saw they had a car wash, my car had some odd stuff on it so I went there to get the car washed. Since I was there I gassed up, the pump asks if you want a car was, I said yes, it charges you for the car wash. I drove around to the car wash and it is flashing that it is out of order.
I then go into the store to get a refund and the clerk says she cannot refund me. I ask for the store manager and she tells me she cannot refund me. I insist on a refund, the store manager gives me an 800 number to call.
I call the 800 number and every person I spoke with (that speak unintelligible english) tell me that the charge has to post to my account in order to refund me. I call my credit card and complain, they put an alert for the charge to email me when it posts.
The credit card company alerted me that the charge posted, I called the number back and the representative went into all kinds of nonsensical detail of why he could not refund me - wanting to give me 7-11 points instead - I wanted my money back, I don't participate in their points and will never step in a 7-11 again after this experience. They guy refused to refund the money.
I hung up on him and called back. This representative sent me an email, told me to attach a copy of my receipt and return it to him. He told me they would review it to consider if a refund would be issued.
I've never experienced a large company like this making it so difficult to refund a charge for a defective product. Why the pump is still asking the customer if they want a car wash when the car wash is not working makes no sense. But to not refund the customer for the money they paid for something the company did not provide is bizzaire. Seven 11 will regret that they did this to me. This is just the start of my actions against 7-11, what a horrible company.
In response to 7-11's reply - I am stunned at the amount of effort 7-11 has required I go through to inform them to request a refund for a product that I paid for and did not receive because it was out of order. The conversations with the store, the 1-800# calls, and now another way that I have to report what happened - I did click on the link and once again tell my story, BUT, this is not simply a store issue, this is a corporate issue where clearly all of these employess were directed not to issue refunds.
6 days ago 7-11 responded (see below). I clicked on the link and completed all of their questions - and there has been zero follow-up from 7-11. Pathetic.

You never get the advertised discount on fuel at the pumps even with your phone number.
They give you no option inside, if you only have cash they just say sorry.
Cash doesn't charge a fee for then to run like a card so why am I paying more than advertised again?

Get a BJs membership and save way more just up the road, I did.

The dark hair, Tweaker lady that works behind the counter is So rude, You can tell she’s all hyped up on Meth, got methheads hanging out in the stores with her all night. She want to yell at Me because the coffee machine was not working so of course I’m not gonna buy the coffee. And Through the cup away!

For a store that just opened this is the most disgusting convenience store I have ever been in! I thought I stepped foot into a waffle house that hasn't been cleaned in over 20 years! The floors were covered in dirt and spilled drinks. The employees were nasty and unprofessional. They were also talking bad about customers right in front of them and can't be bothered to do their jobs. One employee was even saying that people in this area are nasty out loud in front of customers to another employee. I will never shop in this store again and I will tell everyone I know to do the same!

I have gone three separate times to get a carton of cigarettes and was told the manager keeps it locked up. Won't be going back if I can't be given what I am willing to pay for. Manager is never there to accommodate.
