My car’s radiator started smoking and I had it towed to Gary’s for repair. We had never used this business as we are new to the area. They were very kind and kept us in the loop the entire time. They didn’t start work until they got cleared on the price. We are satisfied.

I love Gray's car craft they try to help you safe money , they give you a lot of options in your maintenance when it comes to basic research and repairs on your car getting fix, they are honest, caring, respectful and some of the most down to earth people I have ever met. What started great ending horrible. Paid over 7000.00 for engine and front end repair. Cost an additional 2500.00 for another repair shop to fix properly. Asked Gary to cover the cost for corrected repairs. No response to date. Do your research and check out BBB

22 year old BMW with less than 50K original miles needed fluid change. Although regular oil changes had been done on the car, the coolant, brake, and transmission fluids likely the original

Gary did a great job and now the car has more ‘zip’ to it. Confirmed by Jeannie what she brought it to the front for pick up

Great customer care and attention to the customer's need. I was called to bring my car in to determine if part matched and to return later for the repair however Gary and his staff made the repairs in one stop. Awesome!👍🏾

Gary and his team are awesome. I will only take my 1973 Corvette to him. They are professional, competent and trustworthy.

I Stumbled upon Gary's Car Craft by chance. I had a hood issue and cranking problem. They were professional and friendly. I will be using their services in the near future.

I will say I am happy to have gone to this location. From start to finish, the experience went as smooth as you could ask for in a car repair shop. Gary and his associates were all friendly and helpful. I had my trucks a/c and a faulty sensor fixed . Repairs were done with in a week while I was out of town and Gary’s notified me asap. The price of their service was real good for what was completed on my vehicle.

Again, wonderful experience and fair prices. It's refreshing to find an honest and capable auto repair service, as well as friendly staff and owner. I can't thank them enough!!! I will bring my car back every time it needs service, and be confident in the expert work it will receive.

They greeted me with a smile and started working my car at the appointed time. They also noticed another issue with my car and was able to resolve that issue as well. Had then run a diagnostic on my car. They were very thorough and affordable. I will be bringing my car to them for any repairs I can't complete myself!

I have taken my audi to the dealership several times and left with nothing but a huge bill and the same problems. I went to Gary's and finally got answers, great customer service and my car fixed and did not spend a lot. Tommy explained everything and even searched to help me find good pricing on parts. I will never go to the dealership again!

While I regret purchasing an older BMW 3-series, I do not regret using Gary's Car Craft when it needed some repairs. Gary's shop is thorough, detailed, and shot straight with me when they were doing the work on it. He helped me out with advice in the past on the Audi I used to own, and is always willing to share his knowledge when I ask to pick his brain. Genie and Stephanie are great also, always responsive. It's nice to have a great, trustworthy mechanic again. Thank you Gary!

Very friendly and honest company! I really don’t like anyone touching my car, they fix my ac in my BMW and they were honest about what was wrong and what it needed. If I have something I can’t do at the house, I’ll definitely deal with them again!
