This Park is coming back to life and the kids are priority once again. After manning this location with new staff there has been an increase in community activity. Just this year alone this park went from having a youth program of 15 to a staggering 30+ youth involvement. They also won the annual Turkey Bowl Championship this year. A meal plan was also agreed to by the city, so its safe to say that this park will be on the up and up.

A whole Community went to the school back in the day unfortunately because they put a water sewage treatment in the neighborhood they had to close the school down cuz the water the land and the air were affected by the toxic fumes unfortunately this led to a lot of people that ultimately die from their fitnesses in directly or otherwise due to the effects of the Water Treatment Center that was place right in the heart of the black community
